I was SO excited to try this little coffee stand and I'm so glad I did. To start, the coffee was DELICIOUS like the actual coffee itself. It was so robust and gave me the best pick-me-up. For reference, I had an iced latte with sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel (not all places offer sugar free Carmel so it was nice to see this) and it was definitely work every penny. I cannot say enough about the quality of this adorable little drive thru espresso coffee shop. It's near my in laws so I felt very fortunate given the state of coffee options in Crossville and the fact that this was nearby (it's actually one of several locations across the city). I went twice - the first time it was super busy but it's so well organized that the wait was fine. Coffee was delicious as was the blueberry muffin I had. I rate my coffee in 3 dimensions quality, price, and time. Bloom coffee has exceptional flavor, far beyond the swill that Starbucks is serving up. The price was shockingly low with portion sizes double that of other shops (e.g. large 32 oz. with 4 shots) yielding a nearly 50% discount per ounce of coffee. Lastly, I am use to waiting a good bit for an espresso coffee pull even when making it at home; they are incredibly efficient and able to turn out a large (4 shot) drink in around 1 minute of ordering. Amazing find on the side of the road not too far from the I40 . The other places in town seem to open later and this hits the spot. I drink espresso and their double shots are good, hot and creamy. They had specialty monthly drinks so if you like stuff like this maybe have a try. This cute little coffee drive up has some delicious espresso drinks. You pull in and they have windows on both sides. I got a vanilla latte and it was perfect. The right amount of foam, vanilla flavor without being too sweet and the espresso tasted great. The service was friendly and the drink was ready quickly. How about that... a drive through coffee joint in middle Tennessee. No, that wasn't sarcasm. Today was my first try... not too bad. I had a Carmel Mocha. Couldn't really taste the coffee ( most places Mocha's you can't though ) but it didn't taste like a hot chocolate either! Its a drive through on a gravel lot housed by a thoughtfully constructed but humble trailer. The Baristas are sweet and affable. Their smiles are well received! This is the best coffee by far in town. The Cream Cold Brew is perfect amount of cream and very smooth. My wife had the Iced Mocha. Not too much mocha that you miss the coffees flavor.
