Now that I live here, I go here regularly and on one of my recent visits I noticed some changes to the inside. The guy helping me, Anthony, explained that he was the new owner and filled me in some more on the Clean Juice story and his family's journey in operating this location. So far it seems like all the changes have been positive and it's only going to get better and better. I wish every town had a Clean Juice since no other juice bars are USDA certified organic. Anthony said he'd just gone through an Organic Audit and it was extremely thorough. By eating organic juice and smoothies you know your ingredients are pesticide free, among other benefits, which is really important. This visit was specifically to try the 2023 Knoxville Vegan Challenge menu item: The Veggie Wrap. Also had a Basic One smoothie. Both were delicious, as everything I've ever tried here has been.

I've had a hankering for a smoothie bowl ever since I recently watched a friend's 3-year old,…read morepurple berries dripping down his face, eagerly spoon fresh fruit and icy yogurt into his mouth. Well, I finally satisfied my hankering at a relatively new eatery called Everbowl in the Turkey Creek area. It offers a variety of bowls, smoothies and coffee made to order. Every ingredient is gluten free. I ordered a small-sized dish, appropriately called an Everbowl for $9.49. Frozen açaí served as the base which the creator topped with crunchy granola. Next came bananas (she used a nifty tool to evenly and simultaneously slice the fruit into rounds). Then she rounded out the bowl with fresh strawberries and blueberries, and ended with a drizzle of honey. Absolutely yummy and refreshing! The bowls come in small, medium and large sizes as do the smoothies. And there are a variety of bases and toppings to satisfy most palates. You can order to-go or sit down at small tables that line one wall or a 3- seat bar facing the parking lot. The employees are welcoming and seemed enthusiastic about their jobs. It's clean and light inside, and I look forward to returning especially as the weather warms a bit. It will offer palate-pleasing treat on a busy day.

The attitude of the workers sucks. They just want you gone. Their helpfulness is a two out of ten. And they don't look you in the eye at any time unless you say something they feel is stupid. Then their look says it all! This is my second trip here. It is also my last.

The one thing that made a huge difference for me was how cheerfully one of the servers replaced the toppings I had. It's standard for peanut butter to be on there and I'm not a fan.
