The smoothies are good. They follow directions in making them. The bathrooms are an eight out of ten for cleanliness. Tables are clean. It's not sticky or humid inside. The attitude of the workers sucks. They just want you gone. Their helpfulness is a two out of ten. They are very loud, they bang equipment, and the F word is used proliferately, even in front of customers. I am surprised that any of their machinery still works. They don't greet you when you enter. This is not just one time. I never like to leave bad reviews however, the two times I have been to this location. The last few months has been not a good experience. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a strawberry smoothie and the lady told me to pull around and park in front of the restaurant to get out of the drive-through and they would bring the smoothie out to me. I sat forever and finally I went inside and just asked for a refund and they asked me what I ordered and four ladies were standing - They're all confused and then finally the lady that had told me to park said "oh I do remember telling you to park"and then they pointed to my smoothie that had been sitting there the entire time. I get it mistakes happen but what was even more frustrating is a few months ago. I went through a drive-through and I ordered two smoothies and I requested almond butter in both of them because we have a peanut allergy I took that order to a friend's house that is about 20 minutes away and when we arrived there after drinking the smoothie, I realized that I had consumed peanut butter. I go to this Smoothie King 2-3 times weekly on average. I get a smoothie for my breakfast meal, occasionally in the afternoon for a snack/late lunch. I use the app and my order is always ready and correct. The employees are kind, professional, and greet me with a smile. Regardless of what time of day I go I get great service, but my favorite time of day to go is the morning because of the staff. Usually TJ or Kivin or both are working and they are my favorites! Both always greet me with a smile, they are hard working, professional people, and I haven't had a wrong order yet. I've been going to this SK regularly for about 18 months and am 100% satisfied. Absolute worst experience. We had a plane to catch so we stopped in thinking it would take about 15 minutes. It was 5:45pm on a Sunday. We waited for a half hour and repeatedly people who walked in after us got their orders. We watched the time for the people in the drive through and they waited around 20 minutes for their orders. The main employee (I believe) is a young woman with brown hair who is repeatedly belittling the other two workers, another young woman and a man. She says to the man, "I'm very unhappy with you right now!" And walks around the entire time huffing and puffing like she's angry. Finally, mine is being made, we are stressing about our flight time and the girl with brown hair says "oh it looks like this though". Shows me the bucket and it's all chunky. I said "just put it in the cup please, we have to go". At this point my boyfriend politely states, "I think you should be aware we watched multiple parties come in later and get their orders first and we were only waiting for one smoothie". She says "yeah well we're really busy". Which has absolutely nothing to do with the order that items are made. The smoothie was bland but more importantly an apology would have been nice. I used to date J Woww's friend. I was known as the Snooki King. I quite like the Smoothie King franchise because they have a lot of power smoothies for weight lifting, but also some nice tasty stuff and healthy stuff as well. However it is a corporate chain and the prices are definitely a little on the high side considering it is a chain. The smoothies were ok and they weren't made incorrectly, but the cup was only half full! And we still payed full price for it even though the cup wasn't even 3/4 full. It was a very awkward experience too, the workers were only two men that looked around 15-20 years old, there was nobody in the drive through but still they didn't even seem to acknowledge us until about 10 minutes after we arrived and I had something important to get to within 15 minutes. You have to teach how to properly clean blenders to remove anything from a previous drink. Consistancy is what I wanted and today I definitely didnt receive it. It's a good place to get smoothies but I feel like the prices could be lower. You can get some huge smoothies here which is nice haha. The staff seemed a little stuck up last time I went, which is disappoiting. I really wish there were more options on the menu for all fruit smoothies since I can't do dairy and I try to avoid soy products. Pleasantly surprised to find they have pumpkin pie smoothies in March! Unfortunately they didn't advertise it on the drive thru board--so I ordered something else. I pulled up to pay and saw a special sticker on the window-'Pumpkin Pie Smoothie now available.' YES! I asked if it was too late to switch and they said not at all. The smoothie had real canned pumpkin in it along with vanilla protein, an immune booster, greek yogurt and turbinado sugar along with ice and water. It was good, but it would have been phenomenal if it were a bit sweeter and not so tart! I asked why they don't advertise it on the menu board. They said it's too difficult to always change the board. So I recommended they just hang a little special notice on there saying they have them. They would sell a LOT more if they did! Let me just tell you a little about this place. First of all, there are fruit flies every where. There is a disgusting smell that has been there for ages without being fixed coming from around the blenders. The owner drinks while he's at the shop. His manager drinks while he's on the clock. There is expired retail products on the floor for sale. The joints between the tiles are caked with dirt. I asked them to make sure that they sanitize a blender for me b/c I am allergic to bananas and I ended up having an allergic reaction anyways. This has happened to multiple people that I know. I also heard a very disgusting story about either an owner or manager, one I will not repeat but let me just tell you, you don't not want to give business to that kind of person.
