The smoothies are good. They follow directions in making them. The bathrooms are an eight out of ten for cleanliness. Tables are clean. It's not sticky or humid inside. The attitude of the workers sucks. They just want you gone. Their helpfulness is a two out of ten. They are very loud, they bang equipment, and the F word is used proliferately, even in front of customers. I am surprised that any of their machinery still works. They don't greet you when you enter. And they don't look you in the eye at any time unless you say something they feel is stupid. Then their look says it all! This is my second trip here. It is also my last. read more

I go to this Smoothie King 2-3 times weekly on average. I get a smoothie for my breakfast meal, occasionally in the afternoon for a snack/late lunch. I use the app and my order is always ready and correct. The employees are kind, professional, and greet me with a smile. Regardless of what time of day I go I get great service, but my favorite time of day to go is the morning because of the staff. Usually TJ or Kivin or both are working and they are my favorites! Both always greet me with a smile, they are hard working, professional people, and I haven't had a wrong order yet. I've been going to this SK regularly for about 18 months and am 100% satisfied. The app is great and makes getting a smoothie a breeze. read more

This is not just one time. I never like to leave bad reviews however, the two times I have been to this location. The last few months has been not a good experience. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered a strawberry smoothie and the lady told me to pull around and park in front of the restaurant to get out of the drive-through and they would bring the smoothie out to me. I sat forever and finally I went inside and just asked for a refund and they asked me what I ordered and four ladies were standing - They're all confused and then finally the lady that had told me to park said "oh I do remember telling you to park"and then they pointed to my smoothie that had been sitting there the entire time. I get it mistakes happen but what was even more frustrating is a few months ago. I went through a drive-through and I ordered two smoothies and I requested almond butter in both of them because we have a peanut allergy I took that order to a friend's house that is about 20 minutes away and when we arrived there after drinking the smoothie, I realized that I had consumed peanut butter. I used my EpiPen a few hours later I went back and told them and all they could simply say was oops. read more

Absolute worst experience. We had a plane to catch so we stopped in thinking it would take about 15 minutes. It was 5:45pm on a Sunday. We waited for a half hour and repeatedly people who walked in after us got their orders. We watched the time for the people in the drive through and they waited around 20 minutes for their orders. The main employee (I believe) is a young woman with brown hair who is repeatedly belittling the other two workers, another young woman and a man. She says to the man, "I'm very unhappy with you right now!" And walks around the entire time huffing and puffing like she's angry. Finally, mine is being made, we are stressing about our flight time and the girl with brown hair says "oh it looks like this though". Shows me the bucket and it's all chunky. I said "just put it in the cup please, we have to go". At this point my boyfriend politely states, "I think you should be aware we watched multiple parties come in later and get their orders first and we were only waiting for one smoothie". She says "yeah well we're really busy". Which has absolutely nothing to do with the order that items are made. The smoothie was bland but more importantly an apology would have been nice. I love smoothie kings in other locations - Poway, Dallas, even Kentucky but this one was awful. read more

Very poor service. App order made and paid for a smoothie through app. The employee claimed my order never came through, would not make my smoothie. I tried to show him receipt on the app and he wouldn't even look at. went through receipt to make a complaint and received a call and promised I would get a refun. I used to date J Woww's friend. I was known as the Snooki King. I quite like the Smoothie King franchise because they have a lot of power smoothies for weight lifting, but also some nice tasty stuff and healthy stuff as well. However it is a corporate chain and the prices are definitely a little on the high side considering it is a chain. The drive-thru is the best part as you can just swing on in without any hassle. read more

speed of service was great Guy was very kind my little angle smoothie was fantastic definitely recommend. thank you for your kindness!

The PB Swizzle bowl is great! But then again I haven't had a smoothie from them that I didn't like.

Smoothie King has a huge selection of all protein smoothies. My youngest son loves the kid's selection of smoothies with healthy fruits and vegetables. I love that Smoothie King has a $5.00 specials on any 32-ounce smoothies every Fridays. My two sons like the berry punch and the blueberry heaven protein energy smoothies. Thanks Haylee for making my family the best fresh made to order smoothie in the world. read more

The smoothies were ok and they weren't made incorrectly, but the cup was only half full! And we still payed full price for it even though the cup wasn't even 3/4 full. It was a very awkward experience too, the workers were only two men that looked around 15-20 years old, there was nobody in the drive through but still they didn't even seem to acknowledge us until about 10 minutes after we arrived and I had something important to get to within 15 minutes. After they took our order, one of them made a smoothie for themselves and and one was working at the drive through and didn't even start to make our order until a car came through. They made the drive through order first while one just sat there. But we did eventually get our drinks. read more

Two girls at west Knoxville location are extremely rude. One with obviously infected septum piercing handling food and not washing hands. They also double charged in retaliation for asking for my discount and saying they would cancel my transaction and reorder it w discount using my app. They both proceeded to call me rude when I persisted in asking for my discount when they never gave me the chance to provide it. **Health department and owner need to stop by unannounced ** read more

Walker Springs location moothie is fine. Attitude of the high school or college age female brunette with brown eyes ( didn't see a name tag) is horrible. RUDE & arrogant little b#%$&! this place - UGH.... if I want a smoothie and you weren't the most convenient location -- I'd skip this place. The attitude of the sales staff is routinely under par. No pep, uninterested. I went through the line - as I do every week or more - my daughter comments.... "they are always so salty". (funny comment but spot on evaluation) I like to feel that my patronage is appreciated or at the very least - not as though I'm bothering salespeople. Shape up Smoothie King #0291... read more

the service is always good but the products never meet the standard. our acai bowls are always half filled and frozen solid.

This was the worst experience i have EVER HAD at an establishment. We walked in at approximately 8:20. Right when he walked in a worker with blonde hair and glasses rolled her eyes and quoted "I'm going to kill myself." Then proceeded to ignore us for 5 minutes then asked us "are all of y'all getting smoothies? we've been busy all day." We explained that we were getting 3 smoothies. The worker with blonde hair and glasses then proceeded to BRIBE us $1 each to "leave and come back tomorrow." Because of this treatment, we decided to leave and go to a different smoothie king. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS. downloaded yelp just to write this. read more

This was an embarrassing experience. Right when we walked in they rolled their eyes and said "I am going to kill myself." We laughed it off, and stood there and said take your time we can wait. Then they then tried to bribe us with a dollar to leave and were like do you really want this ??? They were complaining because they closed in 30 minutes, but I feel that is actually a very long time before closing. We eventually just left, and they locked the doors and turned off the lights when we left--and i'm pretty sure you can't lock the doors that early. First time I came in (Friday) the experience was much better. Greeted and was addressed the whole time. Answered all my ingredient questions with a a friendly attitude. All 5 shakes came out tasting as the description described. Saturday i was by the Costco location on Kingston pike and great greeting as soon as u walk in. My family and i felt so welcomed. Staff was very friendly. Got our four shakes and enjoyed those aswell. I've read the reviews on this location that introduced me to the brand and felt the opposite. Even tho it's a young staff they are all friendly, professional. So today I decided to come back to you guys and what a difference. I was greeted. After that I was left to just stare at them hoping to make eye contact to be helped. Three staff members working in the front and no one asked if I was ready to order, did I have any questions nothing!. The guy was blending away. The two ladies walking by. One looked up and smiled. Than i see a face pop up threw the window of the door. She sees exactly what I see and announces ok I'll do it. I got em. She takes my order. I asked for a vegan pineapple spinach (which I got that same one at your other location on Saturday) what I tasted was pineapple peanut butter. Which leads to believe they didnt wash out the blender properly. Because the peanut butter flavor was overpowering the freshness of the pineapple that I was trully looking for. Wasnt happy at all. You have to teach how to properly clean blenders to remove anything from a previous drink. Consistancy is what I wanted and today I definitely didnt receive it. Being clean isnt an age situation it's a I care about my customers situation. Than I read your health score evaluation and looks like this location got hit on those points in july 2020. You have a good concept. Good product. Good staff. Please reinforce CLEANLINESS!!!! read more

It's a good place to get smoothies but I feel like the prices could be lower. You can get some huge smoothies here which is nice haha. The staff seemed a little stuck up last time I went, which is disappoiting. I really wish there were more options on the menu for all fruit smoothies since I can't do dairy and I try to avoid soy products. It would be a good place to get some breakfast smoothies or workout smoothies since they are pretty filling. It's not bad but not great either. read more

I usually enjoy what I get here, but they seem to hire children, and it's way more difficult than it should be to get some fruit blended with ice. Then again, I don't think as a grown assed man, I'd want to make smoothies for a living. read more

I can't believe anyone would go to this location. I ordered 2-drinks on Friday 10/23 when I received my order the drinks were correct BUT the receipt was not. They had overcharged me for my order. I went inside so they could correct THEIR mistake only to be treated with absolute disrespect. While inside another gentleman was having the same issue, as I was dealing with my incompetent employee I witnessed another employee state the same issue to another drive through customer! SO are they running a scam and overcharging everyone? PLEASE check your receipts or just visit another location. read more

I ordered a banana boat and added pineapple to it. It is wonderful. I will surely be back!

Pleasantly surprised to find they have pumpkin pie smoothies in March! Unfortunately they didn't advertise it on the drive thru board--so I ordered something else. I pulled up to pay and saw a special sticker on the window-'Pumpkin Pie Smoothie now available.' YES! I asked if it was too late to switch and they said not at all. The smoothie had real canned pumpkin in it along with vanilla protein, an immune booster, greek yogurt and turbinado sugar along with ice and water. It was good, but it would have been phenomenal if it were a bit sweeter and not so tart! I asked why they don't advertise it on the menu board. They said it's too difficult to always change the board. So I recommended they just hang a little special notice on there saying they have them. They would sell a LOT more if they did! (Plus they wouldn't have to throw away or remake smoothies like mine) read more

This Smoothie king is located in old strip shopping center . I walk in and no one greeted me. I thought about walking out, and now regret decision to stay. When I finally got the guys attention, he didn't say much. Took my order and my money. No thank you. Nothing. Even if your having a bad day Care about customer. When I tasted it, it tasted like flavored corn syrupy. Not good. Not healthy. Not sure how they stay in business I should have let them know not good, but you could see guy was having a bad day and not happy. 2 stars instead of one because I feels sorry for dude. The service here was horrendous. Not only was my smoothie unsatisfactory in every way, but the employees here, specifically the young blonde headed girl (perhaps Sarah), were disrespectful and rude. I placed my order and waited nearly 15 minutes for my soggy, watered-down, DISGUSTING smoothie. Very disappointing to have my favorite smoothie shop ruined because of some disrespectful teenage employees. Not only were the smoothies watery and stale, but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. A blonde worked insulted me and spit in my drink. Went there recently and the staff was INSANELY rude. I'm pretty laid back and honestly never take the time to even post a review..But from the second we walked in the door we were given dirty looks, snide comments, and eye rolls. it took us a few minutes to figure out what exactly we wanted (we'd never been there before) and the girl just stood there and stared at us impatiently and exchanged rude looks with her coworker. We were going to stay and catch up with each other ... but honestly didn't feel welcome or comfortable at all, so we left. Being someone who works heavily in the health/fitness industry I am beyond unimpressed. They seemed to have no knowledge about any of the product and even if they did, they were in too much of a crap mood to offer any insight. The place seems to be run by some very rude and insecure females. Pass. read more

Let me just tell you a little about this place. First of all, there are fruit flies every where. There is a disgusting smell that has been there for ages without being fixed coming from around the blenders. The owner drinks while he's at the shop. His manager drinks while he's on the clock. There is expired retail products on the floor for sale. The joints between the tiles are caked with dirt. I asked them to make sure that they sanitize a blender for me b/c I am allergic to bananas and I ended up having an allergic reaction anyways. This has happened to multiple people that I know. I also heard a very disgusting story about either an owner or manager, one I will not repeat but let me just tell you, you don't not want to give business to that kind of person. Disgusting, do subject yourself to this potentially dangerous and disgusting place, the smoothies aren't even healthy, it's just a big lie. read more
