First found Clean Juice while visiting from out of town and working out at Orange Theory. Clean Juice is everything ALL juice bars should be: fresh and 100% USDA certified organic. Now that I live here, I go here regularly and on one of my recent visits I noticed some changes to the inside. The guy helping me, Anthony, explained that he was the new owner and filled me in some more on the Clean Juice story and his family's journey in operating this location. So far it seems like all the changes have been positive and it's only going to get better and better. I wish every town had a Clean Juice since no other juice bars are USDA certified organic. Anthony said he'd just gone through an Organic Audit and it was extremely thorough. By eating organic juice and smoothies you know your ingredients are pesticide free, among other benefits,which is really important. This visit was specifically to try the 2023 Knoxville Vegan Challenge menu item: The Veggie Wrap. Also had a Basic One smoothie. We just moved to Knoxville and we eat a ton of açaí bowls and protein shakes so we were really excited to try this! We got avocado toast, a veggie wrap and a protein shake.now the shake was bomb! But let me just say do not order food here. The veggie wrap was so saturated in vinegar it was not edible. And wrap is a loose term for what this was. It was like 3 veggies, a ton of vinegar and a tortilla all smooshed together. It was not even folded or anything. I couldn't figure out how to pick it up and eat it so I got frustrated that I dropped $50 bucks on this place and the this is what I got. The avocado toast was ok, still also saturated in whatever vinegar sauce they use. But it was edible unlike the wrap. With so many other healthy options here in Knoxville, I won't be back. read more

Went here today. It was fine. We got the dragon fruit bowl, the carrot cake bowl and the hot pink for summer one drink or something like that. It was $40 including a tip. Service was ok. They took our order and we're nice enough. The drink and one smoothly bowl came out fast, 5 minutes or less. The other bowl took about 15 minutes and was melted by the time we got it. It was like soup. I could have drank it with a strew. The flavors of the bowls were good and the drink was not bad. I don't think I'd go back. It wasn't anything special and a little pricey. read more

My two issues 1) a handful of times I've stopped in and they were low on grab and go juices which is only a problem bc 2) staff is slow. Two drinks can take 15 to 20 minutes to make. Unfortunately, those issues weigh heavily on my review. Otherwise, the selection and quality is top notch. I have done the multi day packs and recommend them to friends on multiple occasions. The food preparation is extremely inconsistent. Errors are often made on orders. Most recently, my avocado toast prepared was rotten and completely inedible. This is unacceptable food quality, and I'm not sure how anyone preparing this food thought this was ok. Clean Juice is the latest juice bar to open in the Farragut/Turkey Creek area. It features 100% organic fruits/veggies. The selections are organized by their purported health benefits or some other title. For example, the drink that I ordered was called, "The Immunity One." Other selections are: "The Detoxifying One"; "The Glow One"; "The Energy One." I'm not a fan of the naming system because it forces me to read each drink to determine what is in them. So, if I wanted a "beet juice," I might have to read them all to figure out which one to order. My juice took a little while to make and I could see that they really took care in doing it well. As a result, the juice was excellent. It had great flavor and, hopefully, boosted my immunity to all the colds going around! In addition to juices, Clean Juice also serves Acai bowls, smoothies, avocado toast, and oats bowls (fancy oatmeal). I've had Acai bowls in other places. But, I haven't seen this in Knoxville before. Anyway, the food looks healthy and good. But, I didn't order food items on this visit. Overall, it seems like a good option for juice/smoothies/healthy stuff. But, it's not cheap. My 16 oz. juice was $10. Now, I understand that organic produce costs more. But, in reality, there is a small demographic that may be willing to pay $10 for a cup of juice. So, it will be interesting to see if Clean Juice can pull in enough business. They have a great location near Publix, Orange Theory and Neighborhood Barre. So, maybe the rush of people from these fitness places will help. As for me, I'll be an occasional customer -- particularly if I feel a cold coming on! read more

I have reason to believe this establishment uses uncooked elderberries. I ordered the elderberry shot and threw up an entire açaí bowl 15 minutes later. Raw elderberry contains lectin and cyanide which is only removed by cooking them, something I would hope an establishment using them as an ingredient would know, and something I wish I had known prior to ordering this shit. I can't imagine why else I felt completely fine and then immediately after taking the shot I was throwing chunks. The açaí bowl was great, but it's gonna be a 1 star review for possibly poisoning me. The owners and staff have a passion for wellness and are so knowledgeable and caring in their dealings with their customers! The menu is unbelievable! It's hard to pick a favorite. You can taste the high quality in your first sip of the cold-pressed, organic juice! I've done the one day juice cleanse twice, and both times I've felt AMAZING afterward! Remedial customer service I like clean juice but who you hire matters and how they interact with customers is important. I called because I received a door dash order and the dressing I received with my salad was only 1/4th full. The person that answered the phone handled the situation in such a ridiculous way. They told me, in the future, that I should specify that I want a full amount of dressing just in case there is an issue. I've been contacted by door dash before when a business is running low on a product, they don't have it, etc. It's on the business, not the customer to make sure this is communicated. Haha I shouldn't have to state the obvious in an order: I want a full amount of dressing. Communication with customers is key we aren't going to lose it on you if you are running low on something( unless we are a Karen). But, my salad was dry and I paid almost twenty bucks for it cause I did it through door dash. All they had to do was communicate this to my door dash person and I would of happily chose another dressing option. I'm going to be nice and leave a four star review because this is the first bad interaction I had. But, I really hope management sees this review and has a conversation with their staff. It's a very competitive market out there in the food industry! Having a staff with good customer service skills will always put you ahead. read more

Wow so disappointed! Disgusting! First off I order before checking the place out, who would think they would have rotten fruit visible all over the place. Food scraps and crumbs left on cutting boards. Then the guy makes my smoothie filling the blender up mostly with ICE! The extras I paid for he does not add, says he forgot... (think he was trying to avoid putting rotten fruit on top!) when I ask about the strawberries he goes to back and comes back with one black moldy strawberry to cut and put on top, I stopped him and told him to not worry about it. I can't even enjoy my bowl bc I'm grossed out and it's mostly ice. Wish i would have went to the other juice shop but sadly they just closed for the day. This one must be going down due to lack of customers and the supplies are rotting. read more

This is such a great place to come eat if you're trying to eat healthier or just trying to find a tasty snack/meal. It offers a lot of options and is sure to satisfy most. A lot of their options are allergy-free which is amazing and almost all of the products they use are ORGANIC!!! My only concern would be the price which is a little higher than I would like; however, if you like smoothies and fruit it is definitely worth it. I am so excited for Clean Juice to be here in Knoxville. I am new to the area and have been very disappointed in the options for fresh organic cold pressed juice (made in store). There were none until recently. The Clean Juice menu is amazing. I am over the moon about the juice. This is the ONLY place in Knoxville to get fresh organic cold pressed juice!!! I am wrapping up a 5+1 day cleanse and feel great. I've done a lot of cleanses from a few juice places in my hometown. Clean Juice is top notch! The juice tastes great. They will let you try them! The GREEN can be harsh or bitter some places, but this one is perfection. I felt the nutrients pumping into my veins. Oh, and the owners are wonderful and so committed to their customers. They take the time to talk to you when they are there and make you feel like a guest in their home. Let's keep this place busy so they are here for years to come! read more
