Total was $20.94. I paid with $21 cash and the employee had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change. Of course I wanted my change. It's mine. Did he think I didn't deserve it and he did??? The sandwich was just OK. The coleslaw tasted like it was not homemade. And to top it off, the brisket was severely overcooked, making it very tough. It was thinly sliced and looked like it had been heated up in a microwave for an hour. Would not go back. Would not recommend.

Although they are serving from a food truck, the size of their smokers and quality of the food is comparable to anything I've had in a restaurant. On this occasion I had their 1/4 pound brisket sandwich with potato salad. While they offer a 1/2 pound sandwich, I found the 1/4 pound version to be a very generous portion and quite filling. The brisket itself was juicy and tender and had a perfect peppery bark. The sandwich is served with their house pickles and onions on the side along with a smoky sauce. Together it made for a great texture and mix of flavors. The potato salad was also very good and pairs well with the brisket. The folks running this business were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

One of the bathrooms was closed. The ice cream machine was turned around so it couldn't be used. It may have been broken. The two employees who were working did not look happy at all. We ordered our food (sad burnt ends are not an option anymore) with no issues. It was smooth and fast. Unfortunately, the beans were very thick and tasted like they had been cooking for hours. The brisket and sausage were good. The pork ribs had just enough tug and were tasty. The BBQ sauces in the heated pans were very thick, as if they had been cooking for a long time. Overall, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the place, the staff's unfriendliness, and the decline of the restaurant since I last ate there.
