The reason I had to get work done, was because my front bumper cover was cracked, so he offered to replace that, and free of charge he said he'd fix my loose left fender that the previous body shop (Deperrio) installed for me. Dan was also interested in fixing the paint chips on my hood -for free-, which I was very happy to hear. Not only did he offer to do such things, but his rates were cheaper than other places, he has a high-tech painting garage, and for some reason their lobby/waiting area is so nice, you wonder if you're at a car garage or a very small hotel lobby. When I got my car back, it was detailed (well, washed and buffed with the wheels cleaned up. They didn't wax or polish it, which is fine because I'm weird and I like to do that myself) . They also put in a cracked HighBeam light for me, for free. I offered to pay them to install that, but they gladly put it in no questions asked. Sadly he didn't get to fix the paint chips, because something happened to his brush, but he said if I dropped it off sometime he'll repair it, but reminded me it was only a bandaid for the poor craftsmanship of the Previous body shop ( *ahem* Deperrio) Overall I was extreamly pleased, and excited to get my car back looking 1000x better!

We called Toyota Care for help. We wound up waiting 3 hours for a tow, but the people at Steve's allowed us to use the lot and the restrooms while we waited. After a ridiculous amount of a wait, Brenda, in the office called the tow company that we were waiting for, and "shook them up". Within 20 minutes the tow showed up. While we were waiting we saw the great body work that they were doing on cars. I would trust these people to work on my car any time.
