Gabe and Zach were outstanding. My daughter's car was towed in over the weekend, I even got a response from Gabe on Yelp Chat at 11 PM on Saturday night!and by Monday, they quickly identified the issue--a disconnected fuel line from a previous repair back home. They communicated right away, fixed it efficiently, and charged only for labor. Most importantly, I never felt like we'd get taken advantage of. Wakefield Auto and Gabe is a shop you can trust--even from 5 hours away.

Instead of just…read moreinspecting it and putting a sticker on it they sliced one of my wiper blades and replaced them with a very expensive pair from their shop. They did not call me about this or tell me about this they just did it and put it on the bill. When they did call me all they said was the trucks all set and I went to pick it up. This is a classic garage scam move to attempt to make a few extra bucks on inspection. I thought Northups was better than this but I guess I was wrong. Most people just go along with this scam and pay it to keep the peace. I did not. If you are going there for inspection, make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly before you bring it there. I won't be doing ANY business there ever again.
