Wow! I recieved my grill with a broken hood. Wouldn't open. I emailed the returns folks, and a week later they had FedEx picking it up snd the next day after that, dropping off the replacement. Bad customer service. I've attempted to purchase a grill 10 times. First order went through(stated created on Grilla's website), but nothing ever shipped. I reach out and was told that the order didn't go through. I attempted to place it again, but orders failed. I was told that this was on PayPal's end. I reached out to paypal and was told that nothing was ever submitted or declined from them. Grilla never offered a solution, other than to try again. I tried again with an AMEX card, it was billed, but then immediately returned. I called AMEX and was told they approved it, but Grilla credited it back. So i tried a Visa, order went through, card was charged, but Grilla said the order never processed. Worst of all, after all of this, their solution: Try to place an order again! Grilla would not look into the fact their payment processing system is broken, wouldn't even acknowledge it. Dodge a bullet with this one, if this is how they treat a potential customer(someone trying to spend money but hasn't yet), how do their treat their existing customers? read more

Not happy with this company. I ordered a pellet grill online from their website. It's been well over a week and it still hasn't shipped. Emailed them numerous times, placed numerous calls to their office and have yet not been able to talk to anyone. No one has made an attempt to respond. Canceled payment (dispute on credit card). I've had my Grilla OG grill for a little over a year. It stopped working, so I contacted support via email. I was sent replacement parts and expected to work hours to restore functionality to a grill I've barely used. As I began to remove parts, the hardware either got stripped out or broke completely. Grill seems solid. Mine was damaged in shipping and the 2/3 griddle I paid extra for was not shipped.... they tool my $1100 and never sent me anything and when I initially contacted them was told they had no records although they had my $$$ when I did finally receive my grill it was damaged. When I called to to find a remedy I was hung up on by shay and told call back Monday and complain that it was 2 pm and was getting off work. I had to send repeated emails to get refund. Grilla Grills is a highly recommended manufacturer of Pellet Smoking Grills, a Gas Grill/Griddle, outdoor Kitchen Components, and a Komodo Pot. Great prices, high quality construction/design, and excellent Customer Service. I own both the original Grilla Grills Alpha Grilla Pellet Smoker and a Kong Komodo Pot. The Original Grilla Alpha Pellet Smoker is amazing. It is a smoking beast. I use it for large cuts of meat, like Brisket, Pork Butt, Leg of Lamb, Uncooked Ham, Beef Ribs, etc. Temperature ranges from 180 deg F to 450 deg F. I use the PRO setting for maximum smoke production. This past weekend I smoked both a 15 lb Brisket and a 14 lb Pork Butt. I just set it and forget it (until 170, when I pull both meats, wrap (brisket in pink butcher paper and pork in foil), and return to the Grilla until internal temps hit 203 deg F. The end result was smoky sweet, juicy, melt-in-your mouth deliciousness, which our Family devoured. The Grilla Kong is a well built Komodo Pot, with a very nice price tag. I tend to use the Kong Komodo pot for smoking, especially smaller cuts where I want plenty of smoke with higher temperatures (like Whole Chicken, 2nd Smoke Ham, Pechania, Tri-Tip, Pork Ribs,Tenderloin (Pork or Beef), etc.). I also use the Grilla Kong for high temp grilling/searing (it will hit 800-900 deg F). Both my Original Grilla Grills Grilla Alpha and my Grilla Kong are well built, offering great value, and outstanding Customer Service. Should you ever have a problem with your Grilla Grill, their Staff will find the solution to get you up and smoking/grilling again. I am very pleased with both of my Grilla Grill Smokers/Grills. I'm thinking about adding a Primate gas grill/griddle. Maybe even a Mammouth pellet smoker. Purchased the Silverback model early this summer. After about 10 uses the electric board went out. This has repeatedly happened and am now waiting on my FOUTH electric board to install again, on my own. Its now September and and my grill hasnt worked properly since early July. No power. Then can't heat up and hold temperature. Have also had issues with the auger not turning the pellets. Problem after problem with this trash grill. Huge disappointment. They dont have techs or anyone to help with any service issues. Grilla also deletes any poor reviews or comments left on their social media, so beware! Save your money and find a better brand! read more

Jeremy was very helpful when we came in to buy a pellet smoker for a wedding present. We ended up getting the Silverback. We have a Traeger but we think the way the bottom tray leans to empty the grease is much better on the Grilla. read more

I was looking for a pellet electric smoker. I searched online for many different types of grills. When I looked at Grilla Grills, there were no one star reviews. They were mostly five star reviews which was different from the other companies that had researched. I went to the show room in Farmers Branch and Sam helped me. I went in looking for one of the grills but after talking with Sam decided on the Grilla. It was easy getting it into my suburban and easy set up. They make it easy for you to get started. There are a lot of videos online. I cooked my first brisket and ribs and I did not have to babysit it. I put the brisket on overnight and let it smoke overnight. The grill is made out of thick metal and the grates are stainless steel. I look forward to utilizing this frequently. read more

I researched and researched pellet smokers as I wanted to add to my options for smoking meats. I literally tripped across this product while reading an article that made reference that the product they were reviewing was not as "structurally sound and built as good as a Grilla Grill". I finally pulled the trigger on a Grilla Alpha and I have used it three times since I received it yesterday. My goodness what a quality product that holds it temperature and with the Alpha Smoke feature, provides the same smoke flavor as my stick burner. The quality of the build and how it holds the temperature bodes well for the winter and not having to buy a thermal blanket. The set-up was so easy and the videoes they have produced make it so easy to follow. From the moment the truck dropped it off to finishing seasoning the grill was exactly 60 minutes (45 minute run time on the seasoning). I have a small apartment patio and it fits perfectly and is so easy to maneuver in to place as well. Now, on to customer service. I have never experienced such a quick response to my emails and questions and never once have I been made to feel as if I am a bother. The only reason that I give the Grilla and Grilla Grill company 5 stars is because they don't have 10!! Don't hesitate to pull the trigger on this pellet smoker. read more
