They were prepared on flour tortillas that were completely soft with no sign of the classic melted cheese on the tortilla, no limes, and no dipping broth. Of course I asked for limes and broth. The "broth" that was brought to my table appeared to be watered down taco grease and tasted as such! The tacos had a fair amount of meat, onions, and cilantro in the tortilla but these were a far cry from an authentic Birria taco. When I received my check I would discover a charge of $16.08 for a plate of Americanized tacos. Meat was dry and quite tasteless.
