The sandwich was perfect The tuna salad was delicious! The bread grilled perfectly, and the cheese melted through. This week, I chose the Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich with fries. Again, the sandwich was delicious! A standard GFS style chicken breast served on a perfectly toasted bun with a generous portion of tomato and lettuce. Both weeks the fresh cut fries were the perfect "fair style" fry: brown, not too salty, crispy outside, fluffy inside. Both weeks, the servers were delightful! Very accommodating! Very attentive despite them being overwhelmed with tables. My drinks weren't kept filled because of it, but they were refilled eventually both times. Now for the negatives: As others have mentioned; this place has an open seating plan. For a first timer, it's confusing to see where the seating is because as you walk in you walk into the bar, and the seating is off to each side, and is hard to see open tables. Secondly, this leads to an uneven dispersal of patrons and thus some waitresses seem to be overwhelmed while other's seemed to be standing around. Final assessment: The food is terrific! 5 stars! The service would be 5 stars if they worked out the kinks on their seating. 3 stars. The decor is dated. The pictures on the wall were from 20-25 years ago and were faded. It could use a little freshening up. But my chief complaint is the service times. My first trip took a little over 2 hours for a tuna melt and fries. The second trip took and hour and thirty-five minutes for a chicken sandwich. I stars for food and waitresses. Minus 2 stars for the wait times...

It was relaxing, a good sound level for conversation, comfortable lighting, and clean. We asked to see the patio which is almost completed and the staff member welcomed us to have a look. They put way too many OW Pepperonis, to the point it was pooled in pepperoni grease. They added so much garlic butter that the pizza box was slick with it and the pizza was mushy. On top of that, they also dumped at least two cups worth of Romesan Seasoning on the pizza. There's barely even supposed to be any Romesan in the middle, let alone a cups worth. Photo Two: Thick Crust, Light Cheese, Light sauce, Normal Pepperoni, Romesan Seasoning, Garlic Butter Crust. Once again, the same premise. Too many pepperonis to the point it was soaked with Pepperoni Grease, so much Romesan Seasoning, and it wasn't just mushy from Garlic Butter this time, it was soaked to the point there was a puddle underneath. This pizza was already a reorder because they ruined my original pizza, and i'm 100% certain this was done out of spite for me calling to reorder. I'm a regular, and I have an eating disorder, so I regularly call to remind them my pizza is EXTRA light cheese (more politely than that of course). I guess they didn't appreciate me calling twice in one night because of their fuck-up, so this was the pizza I got in return. Pizza Three: Also Thick Crust, Light Cheese, Light Sauce, Normal Pepperoni, Garlic Butter Crust, and Romesan Crust Seasoning. It had absolutely no cheese, the lightest sheen of sauce as if their normal sauce isn't 4x the amount, apparently there's no in-between, 0 garlic butter, and 0 romesan seasoning. Instead of a pizza I received a dried piece of leather-dough that tasted like the inside of an oven, with pepperonis thrown on top for some color. Pizza 4: Thick Crust, No Sauce, No cheese, No pepperonis, Garlic Butter Crust, Romesan Crust Seasoning, and Light Bake. I should've received a soft, garlicky, romesan covered bread thing, like breadsticks. Instead I got an over baked POS. This is minimal in comparison to the rest, but this is a default for them. They can't even do Light Bake because they're that incompetent. The workers at this Marco are so lazy and beyond incompetent that 95% of all pizza's I order, coming from someone who ordered pizza every single day before I got stuck in bum-fuck Ohio with the shittiest Marcos on Earth. I wish every worker there got fired for their lack of work ethic. They genuinely couldn't care less about sending out a good pizza and not tarnishing the brand name.

UPDATE: we never got our refund. The manager just told me that my pizza was delivered and that I got a refund. And if I want to actually receive my refund I need to bring in my bank statements.

How am I supposed to know so I thought well I'm gonna call the Lee's up on 21st St. to see if they were open so they answered the phone nicely and yes they were open so I told them about my experience with West Main Street and she kept apologizing saying they're short but you know what that doesn't give that person any right to treat me like that on the phone. I'm sorry, but some of these restaurants around town are getting awful. You never know when somewhere is going to be closed due to not having enough people to work for them, but it still does not give anybody the right to treat people unkindly.
