What did get moved was handled carefully, packed in their truck so none of it shifted and off loaded into a mobile home up a flight of stairs no complaints. They were fast and moved three generations of property in the gentlest manner, some of the pieces are antique, which is appreciated. They spent about 3 hours and though neither my hubby nor I remember exactly, think it cost $90-100. If we moved again we would use them.

Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

The truck was packed before I knew it without incident. I was also leaving a couple things behind and they were thoughtful enough to move them downstairs for me. They showed up at the new place quickly and started unloading ASAP. I had leaf a couple things I needed across town so I left them to it. By the time I got back they were finished. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum and finished just before 3 hours. They didn't try to pad the time at all and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. I'll definitely use Sacramento Brothers next time I move and they even offer a small discount for repeat customers. You should definitely at least get a quote from them if read all this.

I chose three movers and the truck (you can pick), and they worked swiftly and efficiently padding and wrapping all my furniture and the entire move only took them 4.5 hours. This included over an hour drive to my new place with one stop in between!!! I might also mention that it POURED RAIN all day during the move. Didn't slow these guys down whatsoever. They were SOAKED. I do feel I was VERY prepared for the move with no loose items and everything boxed up and stacked ready for my move. I just want to start by saying moving someone else's stuff is a tough job. Not just physical stuff…read morealthough at 47 years old I just don't have the energy, but also how tricky it is to manage someone's stuff when you everyone is different on expectations. The crew from Two men and a truck ( 3 sweet gentlemen ) arroced promptly and in good cheer. I wouldn't have blamed them for being surly as it was raining and we were moving stuff to a 2 story house. I started by offering them donuts and they were extremely kind although they started work right away rather than sit around and eat them (which would have been fine with me). They were careful of the furniture , inquisitive about how or what I wanted , and I appreciated that they checked with me about what I wanted to bring and even mentioned if I thought something later they'd put it on the truck. Finally, at the new house they didn't complain at the long, circling staircase, the yapping dogs, or the narrow corridors. If it seems like I'm gushing about them it's because I am. I wasn't as polite at that age and so I appreciate them very much. I would recommend this company AND specifically this crew. They deserve all the praise and although I'd rather get my nuts caught in a grinder than move again - I'd absolutely recommend them and use them again

My dining room table is filled with nicks and scratches. My patio table is missing paint along the edges. The brand no door frame was dented The company itself seemed more concerned about ratings than actually taking the time to complete the job. I was texted, phone called, and then some random guy showed up in the middle of my living room to tell me to make sure to fill out the survey because promotions depend on it. All of this happened before they were even finished. Borderline harassment. And in the end, they did a crappy job. And took my moving blankets!

They then canceled on me 20 minutes before the rescheduled time, saying they *couldnt* leave the other move to honor my appointment even tho the other person wasn't even packed. (They just wanted that extra hourly cost from that person I'm sure). Rescheduled for the next day. Cost me money because I had already paid for daycare and for a cleaner to come to my old place. I had to pay for another day of day care and pay my cleaning person a cancellation fee plus the cleaning fee. Almost $300. Despite being very clear about moving a 1400sq ft place, they showed up with a truck that was too small to do it in one trip as discussed (Dragging out the time/cost). One mover was polite. The other was rude and the overall experience was beyond unprofessional. They left me with scratched and wobbly/damaged furniture from mishandling. They even asked us to help move things ! When the office person sent the text requesting payment, I asked about the price being adjusted for the huge and expensive inconvenience they caused me the day before and she was reluctant to do anything. After my insistence she gave me a small discount, but in actuality I should not have paid a dime over the originally quoted price due to the unprofessionalism and what they cost me by canceling. I asked if they were an insured company and she refused to answer or address my damaged furniture. She was generally pretty defensive and kept repeating the same excuse instead of wanting to accommodate me. I will obviously never recommend or use this company.
