Most companies would be empathetic of you not receiving your item & apologize or offer to help you. But not this one, they question your integrity & tell you to do it yourself. Around lunch time, they transition from baked goods and fried snacks to typical dinner items and soups. I'm a particular fan of the Saturday special, feijoada, the national dish of Brazil.
