I have however had several interactions with customer service (and I use that term loosely) that were enough to make me never use this service again. I started a subscription and cancelled almost immediately afterwards. Requested Saturday delivery & package was delivered on Thursday. The explanation was that they get really busy and don't read the notes to know what day things should be delivered. The second package never came. Then when I reach out then I get a nasty email saying it showed as delivered and since I was claiming it wasn't I had to reach out to fedex. Most companies would be empathetic of you not receiving your item & apologize or offer to help you. But not this one, they question your integrity & tell you to do it yourself. Never again will I use this service & I don't recommend anyone else use them
