Not sure if it was intentional or not but gave an extra star for that. I haven't touched a juice yet so I can't speak to that at all at this point. I have however had several interactions with customer service (and I use that term loosely) that were enough to make me never use this service again. I started a subscription and cancelled almost immediately afterwards. Requested Saturday delivery & package was delivered on Thursday. The explanation was that they get really busy and don't read the notes to know what day things should be delivered. The second package never came. Then when I reach out then I get a nasty email saying it showed as delivered and since I was claiming it wasn't I had to reach out to fedex. Most companies would be empathetic of you not receiving your item & apologize or offer to help you. But not this one, they question your integrity & tell you to do it yourself. Never again will I use this service & I don't recommend anyone else use them

Let me start out with the positive. The young girl behind the counter was so sweet. The smoothies…read moreand fresh juices I saw being made LOOKED awesome. As A recommendation, I tried the fattoush salad. It was about 16 or $17. It was very underwhelming and a HUGE disappointment. I could barely eat it because the dressing was super acidic. I ended up throwing most of it in the garbage because I found it barely edible. There were just a few broken up Ezekiel chips in it finally chopped very fresh romaine tomatoes( a little past their prime), herbs and vinegar/lemon-based dressing. i'm not sure why the salad was so expensive with so few salad guts. 416 or $17, I could've gone to one of a few high-end seaside restaurants and had a beautiful salad for close to that price.

Def going to be my go to for a healthy clean meal. I tried the raw falafel which was good, and came with ezekiel crips. I felt it could use some more tahini. The vegan kale was delicious and didn't taste vegan at all. Very unique to throw in sweet potato to that mix. I also had the veggie burger which was great. It had a balance of flavor with a kick of spice but was not overpowered by the pickled onions. Its served on ezekiel toast which is guilt free. I wanted an acai bowl but they were all out! Their point system with rewards is great incentive to keep customers coming back. I will be back for more.

My favorite thing that I like to get are their breakfast tacos. The tacos are filled with tofu scramble and topped with chili, a cheese-like sauce, and a slice of avocado. I don't know what it is, but I smash these tacos every single time I get them. They are so good! I honestly can't speak on much else because I get the same thing every time. Also, I buy one or two of their pressed juices. They make these in advance and are bottled. For the summer season, they have a juice that consists of strawberries, basil, beets, and more that is so very good. If you're looking for a place to get your vegan fix, this is the one.

Every recommendation she made was spot‑on, and she delivered each dish with genuine enthusiasm, as if she were personally excited for me to try it.

We ordered the ham and cheese, which surprisingly wasn't as salty as I thought it would be. The dough was perfectly flaky, and I loved eating the edges. Coxinhas were big--though not my favorite. They weren't quite as crispy on the outside as I would have liked. But the service was so friendly, and the food was good. I want to try coming during the day when everything is made and laid out for you. We ordered 4 coxinhas and 4 pasteles for 4 people...but the two of us ended up eating them all!

(Previous names of it being Pezao Cafe, Oba Oba Bakery & Lanchonete). I visited in the morning and was surprised to see an interesting set-up. You walk in, and there's a buffet section on the right of the restaurant. It's not all-you-can-eat, but each item is labeled by price. They have a ton of salgados, or fried snacks, such as pastels (empanadas), pamhonas (Brazilian tamales), puff pastries, pao de queijo (cheese bread), coxinhas (chicken/beef croquettes), and more. Around lunch time, they transition from baked goods and fried snacks to typical dinner items and soups. I'm a particular fan of the Saturday special, feijoada, the national dish of Brazil. It's a giant hearty bowl of slow simmered bean stew with a variety of meats, served with rice and collard greens on the side as well as farofa and pickled onions. If you're coming for their baked goods, it's best to come early while they're still fresh!
