Update: I requested a refund for the package that got lost in the mail. When I checked my credit card statement I saw that I had a refund for both orders I had placed, even though I did receive the first order. Not sure if it was intentional or not but gave an extra star for that. I haven't touched a juice yet so I can't speak to that at all at this point. I have however had several interactions with customer service (and I use that term loosely) that were enough to make me never use this service again. I started a subscription and cancelled almost immediately afterwards. Requested Saturday delivery & package was delivered on Thursday. The explanation was that they get really busy and don't read the notes to know what day things should be delivered. The second package never came. Then when I reach out then I get a nasty email saying it showed as delivered and since I was claiming it wasn't I had to reach out to fedex. Most companies would be empathetic of you not receiving your item & apologize or offer to help you. But not this one, they question your integrity & tell you to do it yourself. STAY AWAY!!! I purchased a 7 day cleanse on their website and paid $83 for shipping. They ship the thing on a Tuesday morning and I get the package on Friday afternoon!! Are you kidding me? None of the juices were frozen anymore and the ones on the top weren't even cold anymore. PLUS they sent me a 5 day cleanse when I purchased a 7 day cleanse. C'mon, is it that hard to hire someone who can successfully count from 1 to 42? I didn't know the school system in this country could be so problematic.... Anyway, I called the number provided inside the box which says " Problems?? Call xxxx and we'll fix it right away". Key phrase being RIGHT AWAY. I called, voicemail, no response. Strike 3. So I go ahead and contact the very monosyllabic support through email and they offer me a replacement - which I refused, I mean, why wait another 4 days to get another shipment that will be as bad as the first one? They didn't offer overnight shipping or anything - or a refund. I asked for the full refund. That was all on Friday. I got an answer on Sunday evening (gives a whole new meaning to 'right away', doesn't it?) saying they refunded me the price of the cleanse. BUT NOT THE SHIPPING!!!!! What the f******* is that, people??? You send me crap, not even the right crap I asked for, and I lose $83???? I want 1) the rest of my money back 2) that you run out of business very very very soon. So I have mixed feelings about their juices - they're delicious, however overpriced and loaded with sugar! I did the three day skinny cleanse and as much as I wanted to be strict with it, I had concerns given how much sugar I was consuming in one day (which was well over 100g - which is a lot). Also, even though the juices are tasty, I found myself constantly thinking about food (which I believe is likely attributable to the sugar). I really would love to do this cleanse again, but because of the sugar content being so high, I rather just eat clean for three days and buy a juice when I'm in the mood. read more

They have the WORST customer service!!! I emailed them 4 days ago regarding their juice cleanse I purchased through Groupon and have yet to receive a response. I will never purchase from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: The owner responded to my review via message threatening to report me to Yelp for "Spammy" comments. I have proof of my order from Groupon and a chat conversation from Groupon and email attempts to Raw generation saved on my computer. I have never been threatened by a business owner because of a bad review. It is incredibly poor business practice to threaten customers instead of trying to address the issue at hand. I ordered the juice cleanse on Groupon, went to order on their site, was unable to complete my order, contacted the company directly several times via phone and email, never received a reply, after 6 days showed Groupon all of my contact attempts and Groupon refunded my order in full and the customer service agent with Groupon apologized and confirmed that they have had SEVERAL issues with this company and they had issued multiple refunds to other customers for the exact same reason. Surprised to see the negative reviews. Ordering was easy, customer service was fast to answer a couple of questions. Shipping updates were accurate. I was afraid it would be too thawed when it arrived in Texas from NJ, but I ordered about 80 bottles and most of it was still rock solid frozen. Then I was skeptical about juice quality - but very pleasantly surprised at the high quality. I'm a big fan of Organic Tree in Orange County, Nekter is ok in a pinch, and I haven't been overly impressed by JuiceLand since moving to Texas (it's ok but watered down without much substance). The Raw Generation juices I ordered are a perfect - fresh and taste wonderful - and the protein drinks are good too. I'll definitely be ordering again. Other reviewers mentioned high shipping costs, which is true, but I ordered in a high enough quantity that the overall shipping cost was less than $1/bottle. Even with shipping, I paid less than I would for a 12 oz cold pressed juice at Whole Foods, and felt the Raw Generation quality was at least as good if not better. read more

Their customer service is good. I had some juices arrive thawed, and they were quick to remedy the situation. The price is very reasonable (only if you get the 70% off - anything under that, not worth it! (Explanation below) The juices don't taste bad (although they don't taste great), and there's a reason for that (and why my rating is low). The juices you get are MIXED with Water, meaning, these juices are NOT 100% juice-blend and hence, are quite weak in my opinion! Other companies tend to place the juice blend % on the juices and are quite transparent, unlike Raw Generation, who simply place "100% juice", which can trick consumer into thinking it's 100% juice-blend, when it really isn't. I am surprised they haven't been sued for Unfair Business Practices as consumers would tend to misinterpret that If you're on a budget and they still have 70% off, I would say go for it! Else, I would look elsewhere. Get the real stuff if you're looking for a good cleanse. Based on the above, I won't be a customer with them in the future. I recently completed my first seven-day Skinny Cleanse with Raw and it was amazing! I lost just under 12 lbs and felt wonderful, refreshed and strong. I didn't have any slip-ups, and only a few cravings to fight. The juices were delicious and obviously kept me satisfied through the day. Not to mention, not having to cook/plan/prep meals for seven days was a huge plus for me. Now, to customer service, multiple times I emailed to ask questions and received an immediate auto email that my question was received and would be responded to asap. Each time, I received incredibly attentive, kind and personable responses within a few hours. They were professional, yet friendly and encouraging, while supplying answers to everything I needed. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Took 24 DAYS to cancel subscription in which I was charged over $400 and shipments kept coming. Bought their gilt option for the skinny elixirs. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they do state the ingredient breakdown on their site. However, the content, look and even name of company suggests they sell juices. But most of their products are NOT 100% juice. Heck, even their green smoothies don't state % of actual vegetable juice. The skinny elixir is essentially glorified Vitamin Water at 3x markup. I work in the supplement industry. Raw generation uses powdered extracts for their elixir. The COGS on each elixir must be 30-40 cents, then marked up 15x. Again 2 stars instead of 1 for the brilliant marketing. read more

Let's see here... bought a Groupon a while ago and didn't realize it didn't include shipping. It expired by the time I remembered I had it. I reached out the company and they're one-liner emails are like tough cookies k byeeeeee. I was stupid to continue to give them money. But I did... Soooo normally their 3 day cleanses cost around $250 which is INSANE. The Groupon makes it more reasonable like $60.., but plus this secret outrageous weeklong shipping cost of $60. $120 for non-organic 12-ounce bottles of frozen juice? I placed my order on a Wednesday and heard nothing until I reached out on Friday. They said it would ship it either Monday or Tuesday and arrive Thursday or Friday. SIXTY dollars and it's not overnight shipping? TF?! When it arrived, all the juices were thawed and tepid. Surprised? Joke's on me for paying for this when there are literally tons of juice places in LA that I could drive to-- for fresh not frozen and organic juices without having to wait a week and pay close to $300. In the end, they did nicely and promptly overnight another batch of juices, which were solid frozen upon arrival, so much so that they weren't thawed after three days in the fridge. Haven't cleanse in a year; I thought the few weeks prior to the holidays would be a perfect time to keep me from going overboard. They had a great deal and an all green juice package ( which are the juices I prefer by far!) so I decided to give it a try. Placed my order on Saturday, was supposed to ship on Tuesday for a Friday delivery. All week I worked on prepping for my cleanse: eliminate caffeine, no dairy, no animal product... I was ready and excited. Friday came and no delivery. Waited around the office an extra hour and a half, but the package never arrived. Called customer service at 6pm ( their website list it as being open till 9pm) and left a voicemail. Went home extremely disappointed. Finally received a call back the NEXT DAY at 5pm! She asks for my order number. (I felt like saying: Hummm... I don't have it, lady...YOU're the one who just called ME.) She sighs... asks for my name. Puts me on hold for a solide 3 minutes; comes back: " looks like your order didn't ship. I can have it to you next week by Tuesday". No apology, no reason why it didn't ship, no let-me-find-a-way-to-make-it-up-to-you. No need to say I canceled the order and the reoccurring weekly orders that were to ship after that. Her answer was simply: "ok, you're all set. I canceled your orders" and hung up. Again, deeply disappointed. I was very much looking for this cleanse. I would give 6 stars if I could. Yesterday afternoon (5-9-2018) I bought the 7 days Skinny Juice Cleanse for my wife as a Mother's day Present on Groupon. I didn't know how to place the order on the Raw Generation web page and I chatted with a very polite Lady and she took me through the process. I thought it was going to take a few days to get the product delivered and for my surprise I got the product delivered today at 9:30 am and it is great because my wife is Mexican and they celebrate mother's day on May 10th, so the timing was just perfect. My first experience with Raw Generation. My friend and I each ordered the slim cleanse. I emailed them to ask if they could combine orders so I could save on the shipping. It wasn't a problem and they responded promptly. Day 1 was easy. We did them at work. We both had energy but I only needed 5 of the juices. She had coffee, I didn't even though I usually do. I felt great and enjoyed an awesome workout with my trainer at 4pm and drank the slim and strong juice before the workout and the heal and hydrate juice after. Fell asleep earlier than normal and slept like a rock. Day 2. Got to work at 630a. Drank E&E Juice at 745a. I felt great. At around 10am I started to feel "zoned out" not hungry, not tired really. I held out until 11 to drink the next one trying to wait for hunger to strike. I drank the B&B juice. Nothing happened. At 1145a I decided to have a handful of fresh organic broccoli and cauliflower followed by an 1/2 cup of black coffee with a pinch of cayenne and a pinch of cinnamon (try it!! Its delicious) and a walk around the building. Felling a little more peppy...a little. 230p I drank the Refresh and now at 330p I feel more awake and alert. 4pm felt back to normal. Took my dog on a short hike, came home and drank #5 heal and hydrate. Didn't need the 6th one. Day 3. Woke up after an awesome nights sleep. 930am first juice feel great (actually a bit giddy). Still feeling awesome. Didn't feel the need to have the next one until 12 noon. Now 1:30p feeling zoned out and tired again going to have a coffee black with cinnamon and cayenne. 2:30 had R&R and 5 had the slim and strong. Feeling pretty good. Overall don't feel like I lost wait probably due to the the sugar content (I'm not heavy and I workout 4x per week). I wasn't really doing it for weight loss anyway. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. We purchased two different juices from Raw Generation, Skinny and Protein. When It was discovered that they juices would not be arriving on time, due to FedEx never scanning it in, I called to see what could be done. My husband and I had prepared for the cleanse all week and had scheduled it to be delivered at a time best suited to do the cleanse. Amanda, with Raw Generation, was extremely short and unapologetic. Rude in fact. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence and didn't listen to a word I said. Although they did agree to send us a new order, expedited, the damage was done. I could not believe how rude she was. She also hung up on me mid sentence. When I took to Instagram to warn potential buyers of their poor attitude and service, my comment was deleted. The present of finances contacted me, and was worse. She actually screamed at me! Again, wouldn't listen to a word I said, or even hear my side of the story. Never once apologized. She said she'd cancel my order, and when I said no, I would prefer to have my juice, she screamed, NO I'D RATHER NOT HAVE YOU AS A CUSTOMER. GET YOUR JUICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Never in a million years did I think I would ever do a juice cleanse but when my doctors suggested it to help me through my chemo treatments, I got on broad. The protein cleanse was filling and tasted pretty good. I did 5 days and never once felt drained or hungry. I was surprised by the negative reviews because I had absolutely no problem with any part of this process. I called the number and spoke with a human right away and was able to select a delivery day. And I did the 5 day protein fast and was able to continue working out without feeling too weak and on top of it was able to perform a 5 show weekend with the national tour I'm on! The juices themselves were all clearly labeled and had NOTHING added other than what was advertised and while yes, I was hungry, it wasn't impossible to survive on just these 6 juices a day (and I am an eater). I highly recommend this company and product and have already told my castmates about it! read more

First of all let me say that good juices are not enough to make a company successful. Customer service is key! When you don't respond to emails, that's a problem. When the customer gets a hold of you and you're rude, that's a real problem. I think the founder and the customer service person might be the one and the same. Don't allow people to place orders if you cannot fulfill them in a timely manner. And take responsibility, own up and apologize! I've had much better service overall from Bluprint and Evolution. I ordered two 3 day cleanse through Groupon. Prior to this I has ordered a cleanse from another company which I loved, but I like to try all the companies out there for when I don't feel like making the juices at home. I juice at home and have done several cleanses using my own juices. I have to say that these juices are not fit for a cleanse because they're two sweet! Juices need to be at least 90% veggies. These juices are too sweet. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that these people add sugar. I've never tasted juices so sweet! Even when I make them in my kitchen with my own juicers. They only use 50% veggies in their juices. I literally gained weight and couldn't drink all these juices. Too sweet. I don't recommend for a cleanse. Customer service is good, but if you purchase more than one cleanse you have to pay separate shipping which is also very expensive. There are other juices out there that are way better, but I won't mention just to be fair to this review. Lastly if you want the best juice, just purchase a juicer and make your own! That way you know what really is going in your veggie juices. read more

Ordered the 3 day protein cleanse. It was easy ordering and quick delivery. I disliked that you cannot pick your actual delivery date but you are informed every step of the way by email in regards to your delivery. A note with a phone number came inside the package letting you know how to contact them if any problems. No problems everything came frozen and in good condition but I appreciated the note. The 3 protein juices per day were fabulous although not as protein packed as I expected. I struggle with vegetable juices so I found the other 3 to be unenjoyable but that's kind of what it's like when you're drinking kale juice and what not. It was doable though and the protein juices got me through the juices that I don't have the palate for. I have done many cleanses, this so far has been my favorite and easiest to stick to. This company has the rudest employees. The company is located across the street from an elementary school. My car was parked in a spot in front of their building which also houses another company. When I got into my car, an old lady from the company pulled up behind me and blocked me in. I asked her to move back a little since she was still in her car with it running. This way, I could leave and she could pull up closer to her side of the building. She refused, flipped me off, grabbed her things and high-tailed it into Raw Generation. I didn't get out the car since very young children were going into the school at the time. I e-mailed the company and guess what? SHE responds saying that the woman in question was very polite and did nothing wrong. How would anyone know since no one was out their from her company? Hmmmm...sad when she can't even own up to what she did. I will NEVER patronize this company and am spreading the word. If the customer service is this horrible before they even get to work, imagine how they are if you have a problem. Disgusting!!! And just to be clear...I didn't want to give them any stars. read more
