Occasionally we test some of the snacks and biscuits, All of which are organic and imported from Europe. We generally buy in bulk, 10 or more boxes at a time. SCAMMERS! Very Bad customer service. I hardly gave a bad review but this is beyond ridiculous. They sent me 6 different boxes what I originally ordered. I called them 5 times (since I received the package till now over a month ago) to send me what I ordered. First called they said I have to email them with the photos and they will call me back, I sent it right away and they never called me back till a couple days, I cal the second times, they said they will send the right formula and gave me the return label for the wrong package. Two weeks past, I don't got anything. I call them again, they said they will call me back a the end of the day to solve the issue, they never call me back. I called them again and they said the same thing. Because we running out of that formula and lost my patience, called them again yesterday to cancel my order and refund it, so I can buy it somewhere else. Brian( someone who picked up the phone all the times) said he will send me a return label and as soon as they receive the package they will process the refund. And until right now, I didn't receive any return label on my email. I doubt it they will refund me! I can't trust this store anymore, Total SCAMMERS! I wanted to share an experience with Yummygancis. I ordered from them on 2/6. I got no shipping confirmation nothing for over a week. I started calling they never have someone answering except for someone who claims to be an after hours pediatrics support who can't help or take messages or look anything up. I also emailed. On 2/26 they responded to say the HIPP stage 4 Dutch is out can they send me stage 3 UK? I said sure that's fine but now I need it overnighted because we are a day from being out. Well, they didn't respond again. The order was shipped ground and will not be here until tomorrow. We've been out of formula since Monday, my daughter refuses regular milk, other formulas, anything. It's awful, her sleep is disrupted. Their customer service sucks I would suggest never ordering from them. read more
