The empanadas here are seriously awesome. My two favorites are the Hawaiian and the Buffalo Chicken. The Hawaiian is the perfect sweet-and-savory mix, done to perfection. Every bite has that balance where neither the sweet nor savory overpowers the other. And the Buffalo Chicken? That sauce is easily one of the best buffalo sauces I've had. Great flavor, the right amount of heat, and absolutely packed into a crispy empanada. Definitely don't make the same mistake I did and keep driving past this place. Stop in -- especially for the Hawaiian and Buffalo Chicken!

I was expecting to taste some garlic, onions, sofrito or recaito and maybe other seasoning. It was just meat and salt. I will give them another try but get a different empanada. I know everyone has not so good days so maybe it was a fluke. I will say the empanada was packed plentiful with beef, shell was great. Made fresh while you wait.
