I was out running errands and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before I went to my next destination!. I can't recall the last time I stopped in but I'm sure I had a good experience then as well. I ordered chicken bites which came in two different options: grilled or blackened. I chose grilled, it was good but lacked flavor so I asked for some type of hot sauce. The waitress asked if I wanted Texas Pete hot sauce and I agreed. I also had blue cheese dressing on the side. I probably would try the blackened next time in hopes of some flavor got the chicken bites. I would recommend and return to this establishment!.

A live musician was present and the TVs were on as well as chatter field the room definitely a vibe in my opinion. I ordered a fresh Margarita which was very good I believe the bartender that assisted us last night was Heather she's so bomb thank you Heather see you next time girl:) I ordered a half a pound of the blackened shrimp steamed shrimp that is with a side of fries. Oh my gosh I think they probably gave me about 10 oz of fries I couldn't eat them all but definitely hand cut fries are 10 out of 10 here. If you're in the area definitely check them out highly recommend. Have fun and enjoy life. :)

I ordered the Frisco Melt with sweet potato fries and a Torch Runner, which is basically their version of a rum runner. The Frisco Melt was good enough. I believe it's the only smash burger on the menu, although it was quite a bit thicker than most smash burgers I've had, so I wouldn't necessarily describe it as super "smashed." Either way, it tasted fine. The sweet potato fries were actually the highlight of the meal for me. They were really good. The Torch Runner was also fine. The outdoor space itself is nice and has a relaxed atmosphere. There were some kids playing with the jumbo Jenga blocks while I was there, which added a little life to the patio. They also have two bar-height fire pits that I've sat around on previous visits, and those are always a nice touch. It was a little too warm for me to enjoy them this particular night, but I can definitely see the appeal when the weather cools down. The biggest downside to sitting outside was the bugs. I eventually had to break out the Off bug spray because they were pretty persistent. Obviously, that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning to sit outside during warmer weather. All in all, Torch Bistro was just okay for me this time around. The outdoor space is nice, the sweet potato fries were great, and everything else was perfectly fine. Not a bad experience, but not one that particularly wowed me either.

When one asks for a SMASH burger, they expect a milli-inch of meat. Does this look like smash borger? No. I am not crazy. I wanted a SMASH. This s a BURGER. God bless. Inside is very well done - clearly recently updated and very modern. Music is pretty loud in there but I enjoyed it, my older parents had a little more issues hearing. Service - waiter was very nice and friendly, they have electronic ordering right tableside so if there is an issue or error can be a little difficult to fix! He did originally deliver the wrong food and even when questioned just changed what he called it but it was wrong. Kitchen showed they likely have a lot of new staff. Medium steak came out first and each meal was delivered individually and with a pretty significant time difference. Medium steak was basically rare in the middle, we didn't opt to send it back though we could have. It was seasoned really well! I had the party platter and everyone was really great! My mom also loved her salmon Caesar wrap and my dad liked his scallop basket. Price points were on par for everything but the steak dinner and most of us had left overs. There is for sure room for improvement on kitchen side and be prepared for the auto 20% gratuity after 5pm but overall they have a lot of potential! I hope they can work out the kinks!

The waitresses are always super friendly and on point from the many times that we visited we seem to be regulars so they always greet us and sometimes they even know what we're wanting to either eat or drink. Always a great time here! On Friday's they do karaoke and feature live bands sometimes. We haven't really attended a night where it was super busy but I have driven by before where some nights have been busier than others during the week. They do offer specials on food as well as drinks so if you like a small bar with friendly service definitely check them out if you're in the area. Parking can be a little difficult but they make it work and if you want to visit you will make it make it work as well. Highly recommend you try the catfish nuggets one of my favorites and if you want a little life Fair a salad with grilled chicken always on point for me. Have fun and enjoy life :)

I did NOT authorize a tip to be added to my card because I had already tipped in cash. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel like I couldn't trust the staff handling my payment. On top of that, the customer service was poor and the situation left a terrible impression. I strongly recommend checking your receipt and bank statement carefully after paying here. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
