Fixed the ac long enough to get paid and get out of there. Within 2 hrs our ac was off again. He wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again for doing nothing no doubt. We struggled for a week pumping the pan out til a friend of mine that does HVAC came over and simply put a cap on the pvc pipe and everything worked fine since. The other HVAC guy said that this guy had to have removed the cap because the AC would not have worked for all the years we were here if that cap was not on. The pan would have kept filling with water. And once it fills so much it auto cuts off. Watch this one!! He will try to overcharge for sure!! Here is one for the books. We just got a call from the building inspector because someone reported a violation. Not going to say who it was but you get the picture. This guy is something else. Our review was 100% warranted. And look what happens when you tell the truth about his service! If you use him then you get what you get!!! The reason he comes out the same day is he has almost no business. With how we were treated and someone reporting us for a violation as retaliation to my honest opinion just shows you the type of person this guy is. I have lived in Stephens City since 1972 and will do everything in my power to warn others about this person. I am pretty sure he is a one man company so you are going to get him if you call. I cant warn others enough about this guy!!!!

With just a few key questions he sent a no-pressure quote over to me within the hour. I called to discuss my options and Peter spent 30 minutes with me patiently answering every question I had about different models, features and applications. I haven't experienced genuine customer service and care like this in years and I'm not even a customer. I am highly considering leaving my current HVAC provider just from a single interaction with Zagros. I highly recommend Zagros.

I dont pick oil delivery solely on who is the cheapest, and if that's your method I dont know if they meet your criteria. To me having heating oil always available is paramount, and having a web site that works and real people on the other end of the phone. I am confident in saying their customer service and delivery personnel are professional, customer-oriented, and follow-up when they say they will, and they are competitively priced . I fully intend to change service plans next year. And no, I have no relationship with these folks. Just appreciate when someone does business right.

We were very unsatisfied with the lack of professional service we received with Capitol Discount Fuel in addition the the varying diagnoses given to us by the same technician. Needless to say when the other company came out to resolve our problem, it was fixed in less than an hour and without having to call for a plumber to cut open pipes. Capitol Discount Fuel will nickel and dime you for everything down to a minimum trip charge where heating problems did not get resolved. Tip: find a company that gives free and accurate diagnoses. This company does not.

WE called 3 times, left at least two voicemails begging them to come and fix the issue for over a week. Got zero responses or calls back or voicemails until today when they saw my review. I had a unit installed by them last year, which is now having issues. The unit installed is malfunctioning and I am forced to keep it off as it can cause further damage to the unit. They came twice and claim nothing was wrong and that it's "fine" to have a pipe freeze and it won't cause long term issues..nope it's still malfunctioning...no surprise. Asked them if I can make an appointment On days I knew I'd have to keep it running due to how hot it would be at night, they said "I don't know, we might be busy."No problem, I gave them the dates to check their schedule. They laughed and said "we might be busy, but it's not going to freeze anyway so it's fine". I have been calling them since last Wednesday they refuse call me back. This company is unprofessional and won't take ownership of the situation. This is unacceptable and the quality of service provided is severely lacking. I highly suggest anyone thinking of hiring this company too look else where. Save yourself time and headache from dealing with this company.

I figured I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone before Monday. I still called Ewin HVAC on Sunday expecting to leave a message. Rob answered after 1 ring at 8am on Sunday morning!! I couldn't believe it! He was able to squeeze in an appointment for us the very next day. Monday came and he was running a bit late. However he called and apologized prior to arriving. He stayed until 8pm that night diagnosing the problem (it was a refrigerant leak in our A/C coil) and even got us a temporary fix so we could have cool air for our newborn that same night. His prices and estimates were fair and he let me know the worst case scenario upfront. THE BEST PART was our A/C coil had just come out of manufacturer's warranty. Rob made no guarantees but promised to try to get it covered by the manufacturer anyway. Tuesday morning he called and let me know he was able to get us a brand new coil COVERED. Saved us $500-$600!! Rob did not have to do that for us but his willingness to get us the best deal made a strong and lasting impression. He then was able to get the parts needed and installed the new coil promptly a few days later. The A/C is running better than ever before and we have Rob to thank. I would not go to anyone else for your HVAC needs, Rob is the best!!
