At first I thought I had a leak in my unit when it was simple condensation buildup, a huge relief! I was connected to Top Comfort through my home warranty app, which has an associated copay. He recognized that the refrigerant was low, and came back another day to refill it. Give them a shot next time your AC or heater stops working. My 20 year old furnace got wet from a plumbing leak in the utility room. The furnace stopped working. I called a few local contractors to get estimates. I just wanted it fixed as cheaply as I could, because let's be honest -- money is tight these days. 3 of the 5 companies I called told me I needed to buy a new furnace for thousands of dollars. I felt like those other companies didn't even want to take the time and try to repair it and only cared about upselling me on a new one. Then I got ahold of Airnovations and the tech diagnosed the problem, told me it could be fixed for 15% of the cost of a new unit. WE called 3 times, left at least two voicemails begging them to come and fix the issue for over a week. Got zero responses or calls back or voicemails until today when they saw my review. Asked them if I can make an appointment On days I knew I'd have to keep it running due to how hot it would be at night, they said "I don't know, we might be busy."No problem, I gave them the dates to check their schedule. With all 4, we explained other problems we'd been experiencing with temp differentials in the house and crazy high winter bills. Most of them were only interested in replacing the units and didn't try to help with anything else. The installation was very high quality, communication throughout was excellent, and they were able to do it within just a couple business days. On top of all that, their price was lower than all 3 other companies. I highly recommend Levanair and would go to them in a heartbeat for any other HVAC issues.

Jorge and his team are extraordinary; they did a great job replacing my AC unit and water heater. I was very happy with the pricing, and appreciated that Jorge suggested I get other estimates before I committed. During these COVID times, I also appreciate greatly that they wore masks when they needed to talk to me, and they of course had shoe coverings when needing to come into the house. I am extremely happy with the service that Express Techair has provided. Few weeks ago our A/C was…read morenot keeping up with the rising temperatures and the thermostat was stuck at 79'F. This was obviously a no-go and we needed an evaluation asap. The evaluation was done by another company and as expected the final verdict was a new HVAC system was needed. The same company provided an estimate, but I wanted to gather a few more before making a final decision. The Express Techair was one of the first ones to respond to my inquiry. From the initial contact, the company made a great impression on me. The scheduling was very efficient and the arrival was very prompt and I was notified via text when they were on their way. Doug came to provide the estimate and he was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. I received other estimates so I can easily compare to the others. There was no way to even compare it. Some other companies were willing to provide an estimate just from providing pictures of my current units, which would be not even appropriate to compare to the estimate provided by Doug from Express TechAir. Doug went to a very extreme detail, including counting and evaluating my windows, taking all sorts of measurements and asking many questions. This alone set him far apart from other companies. The next and very important point, the actual estimate. He provided the most competitive estimate for a top brand unit, with many extras. On top of that he also provided a manufacturer discount. It was a pretty easy decision for us to go with Doug. Scheduling the installation was also very easy and they were flexible. When the day came, the installers including Doug arrived very promptly on time. The install itself was superb. The guys worked a very long day and didn't compromise the quality. The unit was installed with a great attention to detail and the worked with a tight space actually. It took creativity and skill to make it fit. The system is working very efficiently and we had plenty of very hot days to put it into a serious test. Another positive to point out. The system was making a noise when it was turning off. I contacted Doug and he once again he promptly responded. He told me it was most likely the return air duct due to the pressure when turning off. He just came by today to take a look at it. This one was actually because our main return air vent downstairs was completely covered up by us, so even though it was completely unrelated to the install, they attended to it 100% which I very appreciate. Sure enough, when the vent was opened back up the noise went away. Doug gave me plenty of tips to control the temperatures better between the levels, which was very helpful. He also installed an additional box (no additional charge) so we can control the thermostat from remote locations via our phones. He directed me through the process of installing the app, registering the account and showed me how to use it. I realize the review is very long and if you are still reading it, you strive for quality and you are determined to find the best out there. If so, you just found it. We have a couple of rental properties and I plan on using Express TechAir for servicing them as well.and I am very happy I don't have to look any more for HVAC professionals. I really appreciate this kind of business and they absolutely deserve an honest testimonial like this one. Thank you Express Techair for a superb service!
