Main furnace had an error code displaying, which could not be cleared. Code had appeared in the past due to a defective part. I called Fullmer and told them I had the same issue again. Furnace was still working so I was not a high priority. I waited months for a service call. The technician came, changed the filter, cleared the code, and said it was fixed. Code immediately reappeared. Waited months again for a technician to come back and look at it. They were there briefly, cleared the code, and said it was fixed. Code immediately reappeared. Waited months again for the technician to come back. This time the furnace was struggling to keep the house warm, and the gas fireplace had to be on to keep the house comfortable. Fullmer technician cleared the code once, declared it fixed and left. The code immediately reappeared and at this point the furnace was no longer keeping the house warm. An emergency visit by another company, and legitimate search for the problem, discovered the same faulty part as before. Three visits, months of waiting, problem not solved. Not even a legitimate effort made to find and fix the problem. The Fullmer staff needs more training and/or more supervision and the owner was not responsive to the problem.

My husband stopped by their office one afternoon on his way home from work. The receptionist told him that the owner is the one who does the quotes and he's only there in the mornings but said she'd give him our info. and have him call us. That was about a month ago, not a peep. Anyone who has ever had a water heater installed knows that the majority of plumbers charge a flat fee for their labor charge rather than their normal hourly rate, and it's a ridiculously excessive amount for a just a couple hours work, around $1000-1200 on all of the quotes we were given. So after the company pays their technician for the two hours of work, the rest of that $1000-1200 is pure profit in the company's pocket. Apparently B&B has so much work that they can afford to turn down a fast & easy $1000 profit. Good for them, I guess, but maybe then it's time to remove the "aw shucks" story about their humble beginnings, the company's growth and how committed they are still to this day, despite their huge success, to providing potential clients a "superior level of skill, craftsmanship, technical ability and communication". Clearly, that statement is no longer accurate if they don't even have the professionalism or common courtesy to give a quick call just to say that they appreciate the inquiry but are currently so busy they can't help us out at this time. First impressions are critical and because of this experience we will never consider them again for anything. Good old Godwin Plumbing took care of us and in only four days' time from first point of contact to completion of the job.

I have that service scheduled with a provider who I have researched to be the best in the area. I had Service Professor scheduled to come and look at this same issue too. Now with full certainty of what the problem is decided to use another provider. These guys quoted me $20 to come snake my drain. I'm like, wtf are you talking about this is so cheap. I politely asked them to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and scheduled an immediate sewer unplug for $20. Landyn shows up. Nice enough guy. I explain to him that I intend to use someone else to do the descaling of my sewer drain and that I would pay more for the service he is providing today. Went to his truck and called someone. Came back to my house and said that he decided to decline the service. Dawg. I would have paid you $300 to do it. LOL why are you out here charging dirt prices for something? I was completely up front with my intentions. Told you the whole time what I wanted. I have someone coming to do the job for $300. Which is CHEAP. Idk what kind of business model you all have. Something like the show "Tires" on Netflix. Where the oil change is $5 and the only way you make money is by upselling. Meant what I said, the Landyn dude was a nice enough guy. Could brush up on his sales skills. Peace!!
