The steak Tacos and the Ark-Mex rice was amazing. I was so excited that they were opening a new Tacos and Tamales in Fayetteville! But when the long awaited restaurant opened, it still had great foods and service, the amazing chips were missing. They stopped making home made chips. So disappointing! I went back to the Bentonville Location hoping to find the home made chip. To my dismay they were not there either. Please bring back the homemade chips!

The crab cakes were good, but the portion was a bit smaller than I anticipated for the cost (I think I paid somewhere in the ballpark of $11). My mom thought the spicy cabbage on the side was too spicy, but I thought it was delicious. As for the deep dish grilled cheese- yes please. Easily the best thing I ate all day. I don't know why pizza grilled cheese isn't more of a thing, because it was fantastic. Well seasoned, a lot of cheese, and a great combination. I think it was about $7. I'd definitely eat from this truck again in the future.

I also ordered the Combo Fajitas - the only thing that I didn't like was they were in a red sauce, but definitely sizzling when they came out. The rice and beans and chips and salsa were all very tasty. I found this portion to be large enough for one person - I didn't have any leftovers. The restaurant is small, bar in the middle, but also live music on the evening I was there, well a DJ playing music actually. It was loud, with some dancing, but I would like to go back to try some of their other specialities. I do have to say the service - excellent!!! Once again - they were just that good!
