Ignore the location.. This place is the real deal. Everyone was welcoming and glad to have us there. The food was seriously good and the clientele made us feel at home. We ordered a Full Size order of Pork Nachos, Double Tostada dinner and a large Mango margarita. We really only needed a half order and a single tostada and a small drink. There was enough food in what we ordered to feed 5 or 6 people and the drink was big enough for 2 or 3 people. Plenty of parking and has TV's to watch sports on. We highly recommend this place so give it a try.

Cold PORK NACHOS..

Beans in the middle of the pork nachos are COLD, while sitting on top of soggy nacho shells!!! Ever since the new owner took over the food is definitely NOT THE SAME.. i will not go back & will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends...you see I couldn't even eat them..

YES.......Back to LATIN LOUNGE it is, nachos, nachos and more nachos....next I'll add a burrito, it looked so good. I met "The P.S. Ladies" for lunch and I can't wait to get back, service was amazing and so was the food, all of it!! I'm sorry did I forget to mention the margaritas? Perfect mix, everyone was happy. One big thing is they now accept credit cards, for some that makes a big difference. I've seen some references to this being a "dive,".....well go on and dive right in! I'd like to add that EVERY place has had to raise their prices, some people spend over $20 at a fast food drive thru, I'd rather spend that on a dinner from Latin Lounge.

My father, has touted the legendary status of Adrian's throughout time and distance. He has been bringing all out of town guests here for decades. My husband, from Chicago, discovered the only other gem in Indiana besides me, his wife, is Adrian's Nachos.

Updated menu

Been coming here since I was a child and here I am 25 years later. They have the best nachos ever and I'm never disappointed with their Piña's or margaritas

Nachos were smashed due to other items being packed on top of them and they were extremely soggy.

Comfortable, friendly, great variety of tobacco flavors and qualities available and good prices. Drinks are also good but I didn't have a chance to try any of the food available. I think what I liked the best was the atmosphere, I'm sure my friend had to reserve or maybe the fact that we arrived a bit early help because at the beginning the place was at a moderate vacancy but by the end of the night all available seating was taken. Their furniture arrangement is also great as it allowed us to bring three tables together and arrange seating around it for a fairly large group so we were all together instead of spread apart. Overall I am pleased and I would highly recommend for a get-together its economical and very laid-back with friendly service! Best of all you get a nice variety of people there :)

Push is in the middle of Horseshoe Casino.. it's a circular bar with tables and seats surrounding. Decor is dark but comfortable. Clean and spacious layout. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. Diverse crowd of people. Drinks aren't too pricey... There's decent music, plenty TVs; fun vibe. I've never been here as a "club" and hardly seen anyone dancing. But this joint is cool to just chill during your Horseshoe adventures, ha. I've been to Push at least 10 times. Always a good time!

Plus 1 for cheap drinks. $11 for a Bloody Mary and a Jack and Coke Plus 1 for having a name that is gambling-related Minus 1 for being named after the most boring possible outcome in gambling. Would you go to a place named Tie? Didn't think so. Minus 2 for the service. It took forever to get a drink sitting at one of the tables around the perimeter. It might have been better to just go to the bar, but why bother? Minus 1 for the exterior. Approaching Push from the casino floor, I couldn't even tell it was open until walking by the entrance. All that is visible is an opaque curtain around the outside with two openings. At first, I thought it was a stage that was closed for the night. Minus 1 for the interior. I guess they didn't bother renovating this place for the re-opening. It looked like a bad cruise ship lounge from the 70s - and not in a good way. Also, would it kill them to clean the bugs and debris from the light fixtures? Plus 5 for the people-watching. If you're a sarcastic S.O.B. like I am, kick back and enjoy the Hoosiers. Minus 3 for the music. They had a DJ playing mash-ups and all of the greatest hits from 1992. Do you miss hearing Tag Team's "Whoop, There It Is"? Come here! What put the nail in the coffin for this place was the mash-up of "Rumpshaker" and "Paper Planes". You heard me. I actually heard the following: "All I wanna do is runna zoom, zoom, zoom in a boom boom....and take your money!" Plus 1 for being my first one-star review. I can't believe it took this long. Thank you, Push, for being my inspiration.

We thought we would have to wait till we drove to Chicago for good food. This place is welcoming, charming and modern. I ordered the sea bass with vodka pasta and my husband the lamb lollipop with roasted potatos. Both were 10/10. We are very picky and self proclaimed foodies. For dessert we shared the tiramisu. It was good. 9/10 for small size and a tiny bit dry. The flavors were well balanced though. We sat on the Fiori side but had a choice of sitting on either side and can order from both menus. What a great concept.

Their standard menu does not feature their vegan options, so we had to wait for the waitress to come back around again to ask for this. Unfortunately, the Vegan Chicken Breast was crossed off, so I'm not sure if that will be coming back. I went with the Vegan Reuben, a reliable standard, but it was terribly disappointing. It prompted me to pull up my photos from our previous dining experience there, and the sandwich looks so much more unappetizing. The current sandwich is wet, pale, and oddly sweet. The color and texture are so different, so I'm not sure what they've changed from their original recipe.

The name Maxey as well as their slogan; cold drinks, good laughs and great times is synonymous with the couple's ability to be both hospitable and entertaining. After speaking with them, I learned that they have enjoyed hosting parties at their house for years. They have also generously fed family and friends during the holiday seasons. Whether or not you showed up, was your choice but all were invited. The music was always upbeat, drinks stayed cold, everyone laughed and every belly was fed. The only thing this couple would run out of was room. Very happy to see the opening of Maxey's Sports Lounge. What a beautiful establishment; every detail meticulously planned, from floor to ceiling with state of the art fixtures throughout. Drinks are excellent; great variety of house and premium liquors. There is a nice offering of fried foods to choose from; catfish filets, whole wings, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and mushrooms. I had the wings; crispy outside with a seasoned crust which comes with fries and was really good. I am truly grateful for the Maxey's allowing me the opportunity to come in and spend some time with them before their grand opening. I am sure the couple anticipates booking a lot of different sporting events, parties and comedy shows that will fill up their space. Whatever you are celebrating, whatever the occasion, come on in. This is the place to be. Trust me, your experience is going to be memorable.

A lot of great cocktails to choose among. There's also some things to eat but it's usually just things that are greasy. Basically this bar has a more mature crowd. It's great if not wanting to run into those who are about to pop a cap in the ass of someone. There's also limited hours so it's harder to get in whenever. A place that really limits when to go. This makes it harder to communicate with employees about events or other things. It's about $10 for a basic cocktail. The food is pretty basic, just things from the fryer to be honest. It's about $7 for an appetizer. They have the basics like onion rings. For sure there's a lot of events. It's located on 183rd Street at Kedzie. They're closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I have to admit, the place is waaaaay bigger on the inside than expected. There's a large u-shaped bar with nice lighting, some small high-top tables and chairs, a stage toward the back for the live jazz and blues bands, and even a lounge area with a fireplace and cozy chairs & end tables. Cute and trendy, a nice place for a date. The servers are prompt and friendly. But we ordered Stoli and sodas and pretty much got huge glasses of just vodka on the rocks. I'm not convinced the bartenders really know how to mix a drink, but I'll try a different cocktail next time (although it's kinda hard to mess up a Stoli and soda, right?). The flyer for Dirtty's says in big, bold letters "Adults 40 and Up" which could be just the kind of vibe your looking for, or maybe not your thing at all. Either way, they're very up front about it. My friend happens to be 30 and joked the whole night about being upset that she wasn't carded. C'est la vie. Currently they are open Thursday through Sunday and charge a reasonable $5 cover. Our drinks were $7 each, which is also reasonable considering it was a giant glass of vodka. All in all, we enjoyed our time at Dirtty's and will probably be back. Since they just recently opened, I will forgive the mediocre drink and hope for the best next time. It really is a cute place to enjoy a cocktail with friends and hear some live music by the fire.
