What more could you ask for? Our group was treated by Mallory, the head of Brickhouse's kitchen, with the newest addition to their wings menu: Bang Bang Bang Wings. They were delicious. While advertised as hot, the triple bang best describes the flavor. Vibrant and savory with just enough heat you can feel. Totally safe for those that fear wings with too much heat. We also tried the "Jale-mango" wings. These were pretty mild as far as heat, but full of sweet mango-ey flavor. A great pepper/fruit combo with the glaze sauce. To wash the wings down, I enjoyed a pint of "Don't Fear the Reaper" by local brewery 18th Street. Definitely worth a visit.
