    *Review from stay 4/23/25 - 4/27/25*…read more We had a really nice stay at Emerald Dolphin! The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed on the tenth floor back in 2016, and it was a FIVE STAR experience to say the least. This time we stayed in 620, and let me tell you, that if we could give NEGATIVE FIVE STARS (-5), we absolutely Would! Our experience was Terrible starting the minute we arrived inside the apartment. 1. The walk in closet between our bedroom & the bathroom reeked with the smell of urine which was a definite indication that the place had Not been cleaned at all. I use to work in hotels, & it smelled as though some drunk fool had relieved himself Right there! Oh wait, this was just the beginning of our horrible stay in Emerald Dolphin 620! We sacrificed & saved all year for this?!? I'm writing this in hopes that no one else has to experience this dump. 2. Second of All. the pictures were not accurate. This is not the updated look. It's extremely disappointing when some owners will deliberately mislead future vacationers to get their money at any &all costs. 3. They didn't bother to clean the Unit at all! We immediately brought this to the owners attention, only to have them make us empty promises that they would grant us a FULL REFUND because of the condition of the Unit was such sub par! They lied to us & began ignoring our emails. My precious family & I sacrificed all year long saving up, working overtime & everything looking forward to the previous experience years ago on the tenth floor! We dropped THREE GRAND $3,000.00 on this disappointing dump. 4. When it was time to go to bed, we felt several sand granules all in the bed only to confirm they hadn't even changed the sheets from the previous guests. And NO we had not been to the sand yet... 5. One of the twin beds were completely broken and in a closet. The King mattress was so worn out my wife had to go to the chiropractor. We were told that the maintenance man would need in the unit on Wednesday, & they would compensate us for our time. We rearranged our day and cancelled a trip to Destin for this because he was an hour and a half late. After all of this, he never even put the bed back together. I have been praying for over a year that God would allow me to take my Wife to see the ocean at least one more time, so He granted that desire. We chose this place assuming it would be stellar simply because we stayed at the Emerald Dolphin before, & the reviews were great. Needless to say this Unit (Not Emerald Dolphin) was extremely Misrepresented & We're requesting a Full Refund. We stayed from June 19-26.

    We were not solicited or paid for this review…read more.. We've rented from Surfside Properties going on nine years now. Have you ever run into one of those to-good-to-be-true businesses? You know, the kind where you want to just keep the discovery to yourself so no one else can find out....well that describes Surfside Properties to a tee! When we discovered them in 2018, we were trying to escape those raw, biting, icy cold, gray drizzly, never-see-the-sun-for-weeks-on-end upper Midwest winters. We were than and continue to be pleasantly surprised when we found Surfside Properties. We have rented three different properties on Pensacola Beach from them and have never been disappointed. The spectrum of outstanding properties can easily suit any of our needs. The whole Surfside experience, from their intuitive content rich web site, to the concierge class help from Lori and Sam...we've never been disappointed! We have access to thoughtfully furnished immaculately clean first class properties across the best locations on the beach. We always eagerly look forward to our return allowing us to enjoy peaceful, sun filled warm walks along the pristine, uncrowded white sand of Pensacola Beach January through April in our Surfside Side Properties enabled rejuvenating escape!

The pots and pans old and dirty along with the lids not washed. Oven dirty not cleaned, lint in dryer, guest bathroom tub filthy, floaters in water and floor dirty. VRBO rem bed my review.

I have a few issues that I need to discuss with them and I can't seem to even make contact. . My agent has been out for a health issue which she should be able to do and have coverage. When I call the office I'm told someone will call me. No calls back. 4 other times no one answered the phone so I left a message. Still nothing. I put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and the portal states it was received but no one has made a move to take care of the issues. I hate that the owner of the house is paying them to manage this rental because he's getting ripped off. The only thing they are managing is to take my rent payments! I gave them 1 star only because of the decent service I got in the beginning.

After 9 months of being in a roach, mice, critter and mold infested house our lease came to an end June 30. I had contacted Lacey multiple times through our lease. Within the first month the kitchen counter fell on me since it was not properly secured to the cabinets and wall. They sent a random handyman who took over 3 weeks to jimmy it so it would work. At move out we were informed the Owners were responsible for switching all utilities back. They set it up for Aug 1st, a month after we moved out and they expect us to pay the bill! During quarantine mandate they pushed to send to outside unprofessional guys, one for measuring and another for inspection of the property? I explained my son was high risk but they didn't care and sent them any way. They are also charging us for the mold and holding it out of our deposit money. The house was left cleaner than we received it! I would never use them again! Renters beware! With all of this, the phone number is always a full mailbox and no one picks up. Gulf Breeze has much better Landlords..find one other than Legacy!

    locked me in to a lease where i have no a/c or heat tried to charge me 200$ to switch apartment…read more had me move all of my thing to a new apartment to then find out with in 24 hr that ,the new apt had no a/c . was made to do a walk throught of mulitple apartment then was assured they would be preparing the apartment for me. just to get a call that i would be moving in the beginning of the month. they never moved me. Then i went to them to ask why i wasnt moved at the end of the month. I was met with aggravation and blantant gas lighting. And accordingly to them i was over reacting and states that i was aggressive. As a black women it is was so text book. Just to get me off thier back about my apartment .they told me they werent working on the apartment we agreed to. but a completely different apartment. and the apartment was also not complete. At this point i just had to shut up, because the next thing out of my mouth could land me who knows where. Homeless. With this rhetoric it made me uncomfortable and just sad cause i feel like im not allowed to be angry about something that anyone with a fiber of compassion would be upset about.
