Having a significant other shine at a family gathering is one of life's priceless gems. Luckily it went well, my family being astounded that I brought a date. That's unprecedented. There were little kids everywhere! On the roof! Under the tables! Climbing up the walls! I keep forgetting that all my cousins have kids and that they have kids of their own and that their kids even have kids in some cases! A fruitful bunch they are. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a hall.
