We worked with Mercedes before the event for all the logistics (payment, scheduling, sponsorship, etc.), and I have to say she seems like one of the few people in the event planning industry to truly enjoys her job and that enthusiasm is really infectious and fun to work with. On the day of the event her husband brought the actual booth and he is incredibly easy going and just made everything a lot less stressful in the middle of tons of chaos. It was also raining on the day of our event (in the middle of July--thank you Pittsburgh's schizophrenic weather patterns), which had thrown everything into a panic, but he was really cool about it (we provided a tent), set up the props table and just rolled with it. So yeah, we had a great experience working with them, and they get the gold star for going above and beyond on a rainy, busy, crowded day. : )

The booth was set up in plenty of time and organized perfectly by the time the party was going to start. The props were set out in an orderly fashion, the booth was great quality and the pictures all came out beautifully. I also know the bride was very happy with the price of the photobooth. Our group came ready to party and upon my first visit to the booth, my cousins inebriated boyfriend decided to photobomb us. He showed up drunk and it showed. He was very inappropriate with me and had me in a choke hold. Tara stuck her head in to check on me and asked if I could breathe. Tara had this kind of attention to detail all night. She was making sure all guests were attended to and handled the guest book great. Fast forward about 2 hours later and this same drunk fella decided to advance a physical gesture towards Tara. It was deliberate and forceful. I'm sure it was also embarrassing and scary. Nobody should have to come to work and be physically or sexually assaulted by anyone, let alone a stranger. Another bridesmaid told the deejay to shut down the booth and she went outside to comfort Tara, who called her boss to handle the situation. They agreed to shut down the booth early, as she was very upset. Tara handled this horrible situation very professionally and dealt with everyone in an extremely calm manner. The bride and groom (and all of us!) were mortified that their guest behaved this way and felt very bad for Tara. I just wanted to leave a note and say she did a really great job handling this situation and running the booth before things turned sour. Thank you.

Admittedly we barely interacted with the Clear Choice staff during the wedding itself (we forgot to even take any photo booth pictures ourselves) but every guest we talked to had only good things to say. Communication was good beforehand and very quick afterward -- I think it was the next day that we got a link to digital versions of all of our prints. And the photos -- both digital and printed in our guestbook -- all look great. If you're like us and don't know which way to go when it comes to a photo booth, I definitely recommend Clear Choice!

We used the magnetic frames as our guest favor as well as our seating cards - they had various formats and fonts that could work for any event. Our wedding was on the more traditional side so we chose a nice script. This took the hassle out of making our own seating cards and when set up on a table with rose petals, a flower arrangement, and a few engagement photos made for a nice entrance table. Guests were able to use the photo booth throughout the night. Many fun props were available and the guests had a great time taking photos. The guests got a copy of their photos to keep and a copy to place in our guest book along with a message. We were really happy that we chose to use Shutterbooth and feel that it helped to create a fun vibe - would definitely recommend them!

The props were event-appropriate (5k race) with some fun and silly ones mixed in! The 360 camera added such a fun detail to our event and made it that much more special. The booking process was smooth and clearly communicated. Matt reviewed the event site and ensured that it was set up in a safe and clear area to capture the best pictures. The prints are really high quality, come out quickly, and you can personalize them with whatever logo you'd like. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I haven't actually booked/used this place myself, so I can't speak to customer service, but the women running the booth seemed nice :) It would be awesome to have for a wedding or really any event!
