We had the photo booth at a block party,…read moreso we had a HUGE volume of people (I assume a lot more than could possibly be at a wedding) and there were no traffic jams at the booth, which was really nice. We worked with Mercedes before the event for all the logistics (payment, scheduling, sponsorship, etc.), and I have to say she seems like one of the few people in the event planning industry to truly enjoys her job and that enthusiasm is really infectious and fun to work with. On the day of the event her husband brought the actual booth and he is incredibly easy going and just made everything a lot less stressful in the middle of tons of chaos. It was also raining on the day of our event (in the middle of July--thank you Pittsburgh's schizophrenic weather patterns), which had thrown everything into a panic, but he was really cool about it (we provided a tent), set up the props table and just rolled with it. So yeah, we had a great experience working with them, and they get the gold star for going above and beyond on a rainy, busy, crowded day. : )

The props were event-appropriate (5k race) with some fun and silly ones mixed in! The 360 camera added such a fun detail to our event and made it that much more special. The booking process was smooth and clearly communicated. Matt reviewed the event site and ensured that it was set up in a safe and clear area to capture the best pictures. The prints are really high quality, come out quickly, and you can personalize them with whatever logo you'd like. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I haven't actually booked/used this place myself, so I can't speak to customer service, but the women running the booth seemed nice :) It would be awesome to have for a wedding or really any event!
