I am on their text outreach and low and behold I got a text on Friday offering deals for the weekend. It had been a little over a year since my last time having them out so thought, hey, a sign is a sign. I decided also to see if they could accommodate both my car AND my husbands as a fun surprise (interior only) and they were able to get us both in for Saturday. Jerry did a WONDERFUL job! Jeff was incredibly fast to respond and even came out to our house for a inspection, which was huge! I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Our car is older (2008) and mostly used for outdoor activities, so I was surprised they even bothered to eradicate some stains--and the effort absolutely showed. Between the free in-person inspection, clear communication, and genuine honesty about costs and options, this experience was a standout. The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I took my vehicle here for windshield repair. That part seems to be installed properly…read more However, my car has got new scratches that is very difficult to remove due to lady cleaning my car when it wasn't required or requested. This place is a windshield repair shop NOT a detail shop. She decided to clean the side door railing along the driver and passengers side. I saw her do it and then step out to request that she stop. She also decided to clean my windshield wipers vigorously and damage the wipers blade and mechanism. Her job is to calibrate cameras and that is it! Not to clean my car! She doesn't know that dirt can scratch paint surfaces while using dirty rag and a spray cleaner. The multiple scratches are deep and thought the clear-coat. I see it all the time when I open and close the doors. I know she did it. But I'm not taking my car back there again. They probably deny they cause the scratch damage. ALWAYS VIDEO BEFOEE AND AFTER taking your car in for any service. I have the before and after while at the shop. So I know she did it! But nothing I can do at this point except just see it all the time to remind myself how stupid this lady was to clean my car unnecessarily and causing this permanent damage to side railing of my drivers side and passenger side. Also damaged the windshield blade and mechanism.
