I told him I had not been there before and asked what to do. He said people normally park out on the street and they bring them a bin. I rattled off what I had in my trailer, with about 2k lbs of steel and iron in it, and he said he wasn't sure what you take and would ask someone. I told him I checked the website and verified, but ok. Another guy came walking out a min or so later and said, "move your car", I told him I was waiting for someone to check my load and gestured to the fact that I was currently blocked in. He told me another customer needed to leave (who could easily pull out without me moving) and in a very hard, almost yell told me "your going to move right now". I told him I was going to leave, never come back, and leave bad reviews and he just walked off, not caring at all. Meanwhile the 1st guy stood there dumbfounded. I got some help from another patron to squeeze back out and went to another place down the road. I was told by others not to go here because the people suck, I thought I would find out for myself... they were right.

Lorne the manager is always very knowledgeable and helpful. The hours are fantastic. The gate access is 7 days a week. Even open on holidays. Then don't have 24 hr. access. But they can adjust hours for needs. Automatic payment option is great so if I forget they handle it for me. My storage locker is a drive up, so that's coinvent. The lot is very clean.
