He told us that his company could complete our fence replacement in Tukwila in just 2 days; one day to tear down the old fence and set the posts, and the next day to build our "good neighbor" style fence. Next, the crew they assigned to build our fence did not know what they were doing. We called Richard to come out and inspect our partially built fence because we could tell there were some serious mistakes. After Richard's inspection, he told us, "there were numerous mistakes made and that he would correct them." The next thing we heard is that the person who had made those mistakes in building our fence was no longer working for the company! Richard has been telling us for days that our fence would be completed that day, even as recent as 9:02am this morning! Finding fence garbage all around work area. Over poured concrete for posts. Missing post caps. Did not clean up debris from post hole digs. I feel like taking them to small claims court.
