I have not used Arrow but I cant seem to find a Costumer service Line…read more I am a bus driver for CU And recently ARROWS Buses Are blocking our Bus stops and blocking Traffic in a very busy part of Campus. They are not even suppose to be in this area. There is designated Area for Other Buses visiting CU campus. This is on 18 and EUCLID,... This very unprofessional and annoying. We already have other set backs with the construction in this area. I have students on my bus That need to be in class or other parts of campus at certain times. That's why they Ride the Bus at that time. They are Blocking traffic and Buses and nobody can get to where they're going. We CU drivers Cant do our Jobs. Today I called CU Police. Maybe this will stop them from blocking our Bus stops and traffic. I have let our Supervisor.

We had…read moreplanned 3 pick-ups and 2 departure times for our guests from 1 hotel to the venue and back to keep it easy. The bus only came 1 time to the hotel before the wedding to grab guests, which was not the designated time. Most guests missed the shuttle entirely and had to pay for ubers and hitch rides with each other. The pickup time for the wedding party was completely disregarded, all had to drive. Many guests were not on time for the wedding ceremony because of this and my husband was panicked trying to get in touch with the shuttle service right before the ceremony. This was not a fun surprise on our wedding day (as we're meant to start the ceremony) that the shuttle service is the one messing things up & not getting our guests to the venue as PREplanned and PREdiscussed. Many of the guests had to drive themselves and guests were panicked trying to hitch rides with wedding guests they didn't know just to get there in time. At the end of the night, the shuttle came at the wrong time again. Many of the guests left early for fear the shuttle just wouldn't come back & they'd be left... again. Those that did catch the second shuttle had to wait outside of the wedding venue for 30 minutes in the cold. Pretty sure only about 20 people out of 150 planned guests got to use the shuttle. This was not a cheap purchase and we are extremely disappointed in the service we received/lack of any service here. Hoping the business will refund us some of the money for the lack of service we got.

Devon is such a wonderful tour guide; incredibly accommodating and professional. He was really informative about the area. Stopped to let me get a close look at elk and even a moose. We had a lovely lunch at a cafe at the top of the mountains. I loved the weather, it was 80 when we left, then it rained, then it hailed, then it snowed! On the way back, Devon casually tosses out, "Do you like pie?" WHO doesn't like pie?! He stopped at a little place he knows where a woman in her 80's makes homemade pie (Colorado Cherry Company), but unfortunately, it was closed (so whe had to stop for ice cream further down the road). Devon and I talked throughout the entire tour (which was about 7 hours) about books and our love for animals and nature and our lives; as we drove through some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere. It was one of those few days in my life that I will remember and cherish; when you have a great connection with both nature and with another kindred spirit.

We booked 2 tours with him. Pike's Peak/Garden of the Gods 9-19-20 & Rocky Mountain National Park 9-21-20. If I could give him more than Five Stars I would. There are several reasons why these tours worked for our family. 1. He picked us up from our Airbnb. 2. We didn't have to worry about where we were going. 3. We could enjoy the scenery along the way, with no stress, and curbside drop off (or princess parking as my daughters would say). 4. We could enjoy our family time together and we went at our own pace, no rushing to get on a big tour bus for the next stop. 5. If we needed Devon he was there and if we didn't he gave our family space. 6. History about the parks as we went along each tour. 7. Last, but not the least, Devon always had our family's safety in mind, and this experience will last a lifetime!!! Thanks Friend!!

You just stand around hoping it shows up, then eventually the next one does. Maybe. Service is already thin with trains only running every 15 minutes or so at best, so when you miss your connection(s) the time lost starts adding up quickly. This morning the bus driver got lost which was a first, so I missed my train and was late to work. This didn't surprise me unfortunately, as I expect RTD to screw me over at least 10% of the time and they were about due. Leaving work the train simply didn't show up, so I missed the hourly bus back home. I'm currently standing in a shelter at Federal Center station, and in keeping with their policy of being awful, RTD decided the shelters should have holes in the sides so that the wind can pass straight through. There's plexiglass at the upper portion so if you stand on the bench it's less miserable, but it's really frustrating how bad this transportation agency is at all aspects of transportation.

It's become more important to consider how I (and we) can find smart ways to continue supporting our state and local transportation systems.
