I had never rented a limo before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I knew it would be an awesome experience, but I wasn't prepared for the VIP treatment we received. Nikko is such a great driver, and provided us with rock-star service. He arrived early, helped me figure out how to use the audio system with my phone, got me situated with the booze and ice I brought along, and showed me how everything worked in the car. The vehicle was spotless, and had all sorts of cool lighting options. Nikko treated all of us very well throughout the night. He even took time out to get into pics with us and the car. He also recommended a late-night restaurant that had excellent food. He went above and beyond what I was expecting him to do, and I very much appreciated it. I highly recommend using White Dove Limousine whenever you have a need for a nice ride. Nikko and his family are definitely laser-focused on customer service, and it made all the difference for me and my guests. White Dove rocks. Thank you, Nikko!

I made a booking on May 24 for a private SUV to Red Rocks for a June 6 show. My confirmation stated…read morethat the driver would contact me the day before to confirm the details and finalize the pick-up plan. That did not happen. When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up. The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait. After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

All of my team members remarked on how much they enjoyed the tour. Rather than just taking them to dinner, the food tour allowed for more socializing and helped maintain a fun energy throughout the night. Joey did a great job of keeping the group engaged by hosting an ongoing game of trivia for us, which was really entertaining. Besides the excellent team bonding that Joey helped facilitate, the restaurants that he chose for us were unique and tasty. You could tell Joey planned the whole experience in detail because the interactions with the different restaurants went seamlessly: our food was always ready when we arrived and we never were waiting around after we finished. Again, I would highly recommend a tour with Delicious Tour Company Denver. You won't regret it!

We learned so much about Denver's history, how the city has evolved over the years, and the stories behind many of its historic buildings and landmarks. The meeting location was easy to find, and we were each given an audio headset so we could hear our guide clearly throughout the tour--a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better. I really enjoyed learning about the area's history and recent revitalization. I love it when cities can repurpose old buildings rather than tear them down. The earbuds made it easy to hear throughout the tour even when there was traffic noise. Definitely bring plenty of water if it's hot out; there is shade which helps, but it is a walking tour so be prepared to be outside for the majority of the time.
