    I'm crazy...

    Booked a round trip from SF to LA neighbor-free due to my severe anxiety and certified mental health condition. Three weeks later, three weeks prior to my trip, Greyhound/Flixbus cancelled my return trip. Customer service representative was not able to offer me a neighbor free ride and gave me a refund. I inquired as to why the trip in question was cancelled Saturday 12/13/2025 10:30AM Union Station to 5th and Townsend 6:10PM. The answer was "operational issues." Next, once my refund was deposited, I was not allowed to book two seats for myself online. I selected several different options on three different dates. On the return trip, I could change seats from 5B to 5A respectively but I could not book both at the same time. Meaning these two seats were available for hours but the neighbor-free experience was not available. After consideration and based on my extreme anxiety that would prevent me from enjoying my trip, I asked Greyhound to refund my money and they said no way. The voucher would have been for a small fraction of the purchase. I was willing to cancel my trip but I am not willing to give Greyhound my money because of their shenanigans. I'm writing this Yelp review to encourage others who have experienced the same to file a class action lawsuit if applicable. I am also letting the administrator who reads this review know that if 1) I am chastised by the driver 2) kicked off the bus 3) arrested for unruly behavior or a crime or 4) have to call the police myself, I am going to accuse Greyhound/Flixbus of fraud (until proven innocent) and sue for punitive damages. I'm definitely going to make a big deal out of this. You should automatically book a neighbor-free ride for individuals you cancel. This isn't debatable.

    Very dangerous to stand out there waiting for the bus. And buses dropping people's luggage. Most drivers are pissed off and bullying the client. I have recordings of this. I can't make this up. I'm going to report a bus driver for littering in front of me and another driver for negligence..he didn't shut the door of the luggage all the way and when he fdrobe off a clients luggage fell on the street and I had to run to the light to let the driver know what he did. Also the bus I boarded at 11:20pm last night 9/19/25 onto the bus to go back to LA and the bus driver was rude and bullying everyone to stay quite the entire bus ride with threats of shutting it down and having to wait 24 hours for the next ride out of nowhere. I was traveling from San Francisco west Oakland to LA. The bus ride with the bully was from 11:20pm-730am the entire ride! The bus driver threatened many people individually in getting them off the bus because they forgot to turn off phone ringer and little things like that. She, the driver said,"I thought I told you to turn off your ringers I'm going to have to tell you in Spanish!" Wowwww out of pocket.

    Waited for the bus that never came. We were in the terminal at the bus berth and they said the bus had come and gone. How is that possible when we were there the entire time waiting for the bus that was on the scheduled to come over an hour late? when we called they said the but came to the address of the terminal. Did they pull up in front of the terminal and not bother to actually drive to the back of the terminal to the bus berths? never buy a Greyhound bus ticket if there are alternatives.

    Buy your seat ahead of time. Comfortable, clean, and no issues from Roseville, CA to Reno, NV. Quiet and stress-free. 10.18.25

    Awful. Try another bus line. Our bus was run down and Wi-Fi was iffy. Went from LA to SF.

    Con isn't location. Easy to pick up/ drop off passengers. I have not rode myself but I hope to go for a ride someday.

This is to avoid ranting and whining instead of giving a fair and unbiased review. This time, I'll go with the contrary. So I took megabus' 6 am trip back to Burbank. Boarded at the Caltrain station in San Francisco, bus picked more passengers in San Jose and off we go. Bus stopped at Gilroy. Driver was quiet but we sensed something wrong. Few minutes later, she announced we have a flat tire. You would think they will get the nearest road assistance but no, we have to wait for one of their own from the nearest bus depot. Guess where our savior will come from? All the way from San Francisco with an ETA of 2-3 hours. I'm not even sure how long they'll be able to fix it when help arrives. I'm hoping the worst won't happen...that the tire can't be fixed. If that's the case, I don't know what will be my other options if there's any. Hitchhiking?

Unfortunately, it was not accurate with glitches which cause me to miss the bus all together. So I re-booked later that same day and your new tracking feature worked flawless. I had the perfect experience. I was wondering if you would be able to refund my first booking or even a credit voucher would be nice as I already have future trips planned. I am sorry to hear you missed your bus!    I understand you are requesting that refund be provided, however as outlined and stated in in the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with the purchase, all ticket sales are final.   We suggest that all passengers be at the bus stop location 15 minutes before boarding to ensure timely boarding as we cannot hold the doors open for passengers who are unable to make their trip. Found CLS Global Transportation Inc. and they were my first call. Luckily, I scored the vehicle we wanted (sprinter) and worked with a really great woman named Sharon. Sharon was VERY communicative and was quick to respond to all my emails/texts. She made things REALLY easy for me; this made me feel comfortable bc I was not going to be on the actual ride and wanted to make sure my team was taken care of. Feedback from my team leader was that the driver, Lydia, was prompt, friendly and drove safely. Whew, I'm so glad this all worked out. I would definitely recommend CLS Global Transportation Inc.

    I found CLS on YELP and they were great start to finish with very clear communication and follow up…read morethrough the booking / reservation process. Sharon was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. They sent the drivers info and contact number the day prior to our event which made it easy to follow up with any last minute changes. There was a snag on the day due to a freeway closure after an unrelated accident but I was able to work with the driver directly to minimize the issue as much as possible. I highly recommend using their services for any transportation needs.

I thought this would have been a very cut and dry case of their fault. The driver admitted that he hit me, but was trying to convince me that nothing was wrong. I called the given Storer contact immediately and she sounded nice at first, saying they would make it right. Later she hung up on me saying I was trying to extort them. Amazing. Just trying to get my mirror fixed here...Again, both the driver and the company admitted that they hit me. Their insurance company denied covering my mirror. I tried getting in touch with the owner of Storer, but they would never get back in touch with me. Now I have a broken mirror that I have to pay out of pocket since it doesn't make sense to claim on my own insurance and have my rates go up. I would never give any business to a company who doesn't take responsibility for their actions.
