We were able to pay online, so my mother-in-law didn't need to be bothered with the payment. She arrived in Oakland early and the driver was waiting for her. The trip went well and the driver assisted her with her bag. They also provided emails when the driver was enroute, when he arrived at the airport and when my mother-in-law was dropped off. I didn't see the emails until later in the day, but I thought it was a very nice touch. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.
