OUT! so i ride to my doc appts with a local medi-cab service cause svta busses…read moredetroy my neck and back. on jan.3 2022 my ride from the cab service didnt show up cause svta decided they needed the run more. the cab service did not even know i had an appt. my appt. to the pain clinic was scheduled for 9:15 a.m.. thanks to svta i did not get there until 10:00 a.m.. needless to say i was turned away at the clinic for being so late and given another appt. for the following week. they had one for the next day but svta requires three days notice in advance. so now i will have to go an entire week dealing with my chronic pain because of svta. I BET THEY WILL STILL BILL THE GOVERNMENT FOR THIS RUN!!!!! I WAS UNABLE TO GET MY MEDS.

So I check my bank account.. And was charged 59 dollars. Called right away and agent again lied to me and said if I had bought from station it would have been 80 dollars. But I went on line it said 40 dollars plus 5 dollar fee so would have only cost 45 still cheaper than 59 dollars. Bottom line is watch out for secret charges. They totally lied to me.... So please find another means of transportation. I will only wait for the day that this poor company gets shut down soon!
