I hired him to drive me from Lake Logan to the Columbus airport--I didn't want to make my friends endure a two hour round-trip drop off early in the morning. It was the right decision. Jason was prompt, friendly, and professional. He mostly deals with larger parties (e.g., bachelorette parties), but does schedules pick ups and drop offs as well. The van he picked me up in could've held quite a lot of people but worked just fine to get me to the airport on time, with some nice conversation along the way. Will definitely keep his info for the future and recommend him to friends who live in Hocking Hills.

Since it was only myself, my request was to be picked up after a celebration dinner at 9:30pm near the Grandview/Tri village area. I already called my credit card company to dispute the charges.*** DO NOT BOOK - they canceled 2 HOURS OUT from our booking, and then ghosted us via text, phone, and other formal channels, so we had to scramble to find other transportation for my sister's bachelorette party. This happened this past Saturday and I STILL have not heard from anyone from the company. I paid the full amount IN MARCH (which probably should have been a red flag) and communication leading up to the day was spotty (another red flag). The day of, I was told their 32-passenger bus was damaged in a flood (it happens) so they would provide a 20-passenger bus, which I immediately approved - we just wanted a safe ride. Later that day, I get a text to call the owner because there was an issue with our booking - he did not answer his phone or text (but left us on read). He still has not responded. The first night I was in the last room down from the pool on the first floor. The room was updated and comfortable. TV worked well, AC worked well, shower had hot water in the morning. The halls were a bit busy and noisy with kids/parents until 11pm but then quieted down. I was delayed with a friend so checked into the Inn for a second night. When I arrived, the man behind the counter was not friendly, on the phone speaking loudly and ignoring me until he ended the call. I was placed in the building just beyond the pool house building, first floor. The room was not as updated as the first. The toilet required holding the handle down to flush. The TV took a bit to warm up and show all the channels in the guide. I did appreciate having the Hallmark channel available. Luckily they added extra electric outlets near the bed. The Inn is located right next door to Bob Evans and just down the road from Walmart and other stores to shop at. If in the area, I would stop here only because the price was right.

Someone from management who spoke almost no English thought we were only there 2 days, so when they added Friday night onto our stay, the room was now $370 FOR THAT ONE NIGHT!!! The room was very basic, dated layout and dirty. The tops of the bed hadn't been dusted in months, the toilet was moldy and kept flushing itself and refilling. Breakfast was very minimal with the "hot" portion served at 7:30 when breakfast started at 6:30. The only fresh fruit was apples and some had brown spots on them. Tried calling on Sunday morning after we got back home to talk to the manager about the bill and room conditions, but she wasn't available. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I have been a Choice hotel member for years, and this was the worst one I've stayed at.
