Flat tire? Fixed...not once but twice. I always recommend you purchase roadside assistance. Twice we have had to switch vehicles in different states and it has never been a hassle. Once was Louisiana due to a flat fixed with only a spare. The nearest Enterpise put us in another vehicle without question. This time was in NM. Roswell, to be exact. The car from my local office began making a horrible sound. We found the only Enterprise open on Sat. At the airport. The manager was incredible and so kind! She immediately put us into another car. 10 minutes total, in and out. I'm so grateful for this company. They honor their word! As a female who travels, alone with her kids, it's good to feel safe! ​​​​

I visited the travel office in the Abilene Mall the first week in June and after sitting there completely ignored for over 30 minutes a young clueless girl comes out and says all the travel agents were busy but she was going to take our initial information and have someone contact us. She took down all the pertinent information and said someone would call within a week. I was like okay?? We were really excited to plan our trip to Paris but all I received was a promise of a call within a week. I asked if they had brochures about Paris or anything we could take to help inform us about prices/ accommodations etc. Unfortunately I was told by the young lady that they didn't have anything like that and she didn't know of anything online that could help me but that someone would contact me "really soon." So we left anxiously awaiting our phone call. Well three weeks went by and no one called. So I called the agency back. I spoke with Hester. She told me she found my info and was not sure why no one hadn't called back but that they had been really busy lately because this was their peak season. I told her that was fine but I was really anxious to plan our big trip to Paris. She said to make it up to me she would have me some options available by the end of the day and she would email them to me to look over and then she would call later that day to see what I thought. Well I waited and I waited and I checked my junk mail to see if she had sent anything. Needless to say nothing ever came and no one ever called. It is now 4 months later and I still have not heard from this joke of an agency. Thank goodness I booked the trip through America Airlines Vacations and got the dream vacation we had been hoping for. My advice- skip these clowns and go straight to one of the airlines. They were able to schedule everything and do it at an excellent price ASAP.

The owner Andy is pretty tight on the rules here because he wants to pass the savings onto you. You will be asked not to run the a/c while you depart to work while on the same token he will turn the a/c on for you around 4 pm before you return. The rooms are pretty clean, there is no mold that I noticed in the 2 rooms that I rented. The ice machines do not work outside, you'll have to go in the lobby and get your ice. Don't worry about bringing a large cooler because you'll be limited to one bucket full that came with your room. There is a swimming pool, a few picnic benches and bbq grills for your use. Wifi is free here and you'll want to ask to be near the office if you want to get decent speed. You are within walking distance to Subway, Sonic and a small grocery store that is on the same side of the feeder. If you walk under the underpass and take a right you'll find a Dairy Queen (Highly UNrecommended) and Skeets Grill (Highly Recommended, get the Ribeye!). We overall really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were amazing from check-in to…read morecheck-out and helped us with everything we needed. They even took time to answer our questions about the area since we're a military family relocating from Hawai'i. Their hospitality was excellent. The only downside was the housekeeping. During our 13-day stay, our room was only serviced about five times. A couple of those days we asked for no service because our toddler was napping, but other days it was missed even after we were told someone was assigned to our room. We often had to bring our own towels down for replacements and take out our trash ourselves. With six people in the room, that made things a little stressful. That said, a couple of the housekeepers did a wonderful job--especially one military spouse who left the room spotless and the one who serviced our room on 3/5 who took the time to change our bedding, vacuum our carpet and mop our tiled floors. The hotel itself is nice, common areas are really clean and the front desk staff truly made the stay pleasant. I would stay again, but for longer stays I'd just be prepared for inconsistent housekeeping.
