( no phone call ) i called back on same saturday to see when owner would call. retail associate " deb " spoke over me & was extremely rude! told me the owner didn't come in the store until after the store was closed. i called back sunday july 10th 2022 i was then told owner was oyt of town & would call me today - monday, july 11th. they have a no refund policy - no returns. which they claim is due to the stores small inventory...in my opinion - the no return, no. exchange policy is due to the extremely poor quality. hopefully, this post will help you not to make the same mistake as i did. i can only advise you from my personal experience do not purchase from this store (gaslamp gift gallery) located @ ormond beach. i do appreciate you for your time in reading this review. have a great day! and be careful where you spend your hard earned money!! for something that's $$ in price - but " cheap materials - poor quality ".
