( no phone call ) i called back on same saturday to see when owner would call. retail associate " deb " spoke over me & was extremely rude! told me the owner didn't come in the store until after the store was closed. i called back sunday july 10th 2022 i was then told owner was oyt of town & would call me today - monday, july 11th. they have a no refund policy - no returns. which they claim is due to the stores small inventory...in my opinion - the no return, no. exchange policy is due to the extremely poor quality. hopefully, this post will help you not to make the same mistake as i did. i can only advise you from my personal experience do not purchase from this store (gaslamp gift gallery) located @ ormond beach. i do appreciate you for your time in reading this review. have a great day! and be careful where you spend your hard earned money!! for something that's $$ in price - but " cheap materials - poor quality ".

From the very attentive and customer service friendly staff, to all the amazing events they offer there. This is a perfect pairing of books, art, food and drinks! I had the Butterfly Pea Latte and a house salad with chicken. My friends got the flatbreads Earl Grey tea and a Pinot Grigio. We also had the Lavender Earl Grey Teacup dessert. I can definitely say it was extremely fresh and well seasoned. I was impressed at how well-thought out their menu is. The flatbreads were crisp and savory. The salad was refreshing with a vinaigrette dressing. The dessert was the best creation with the perfect balance of cupcake and rich frosting. My Butterfly Pea Latte was not overly sweet which was perfect for me. You can tell there's a lot of love put into this business and I wish it was in Orlando! I'm sure that everything on the menu is not going to disappoint, so I'm going to be sure to take a trip back to try new items. If you love reading, good atmosphere, and amazing eats, you need to visit Novel Tea Book Shop! There's a small parking lot since this looks to be a converted house.

I recently purchased two custom made Logo T-Shirts from here. The first one had logos / screen…read moreprinting on both the entire back and a "pocket" chest logo. It turned out perfectly and after a few washings still looks new. However, minus one star overall due to the second T-Shirt that only had a large Jeep logo on the front. Cool shirt and logo, but once I actually looked at it later that night (I was in a hurry, store was about closing, and it had begun pouring rain), the logo / screen printing was erratic. I did not notice it at first because I was in a hurry and it almost initially looks natural, like a "worn" logo. So ,doesn't actually look horrible, just not quite supposed to be like that. Was never washed, but that logo never completely initially adhered to the T-Shirt. Picture included of the faulty logo T-Shirt and other properly printed T-shirt for reference. Workers were pretty helpful. So, of course, inspect your merchandise better than I did before leaving! Other than that, pretty cool store overall. The baby Red-Eared Slider turtles were amazing! Reminded me of years ago when an ex-girlfriend surprised me with a tank of 3 of them for a birthday. If I lived locally, I would have purchased a pair! They're really cool and you don't see them often.
