We will call TIBURON WELLNESS CENTER'S Chiropractic help, the "EMERGENCY ROOM" for bad backs. YIKES!! I had such a hard time getting in ANYWHERE [previously, positively yelped online] for a date on THURSDAY... !! All the 4 and 5 STAR chiropractors were booked, not working, or started their day sometime after 2 pm. NOT HELPFUL !! TWC, was available. I was grateful. Though it is a farther drive from HWY 101, into the Tiburon Penninsula, a back out of wack and the PAIN I suffered made the drive worth it. [ Also worthy, are the handy pain pills my regular doctor prescribed to me...but those pills did not adjust my back]. These folks are gentle, thorough and ~ a big plus~ do NOT "crack" "pop" nor "wrestle with your body" into some strangle- sumo wrester- maneuver to adjust your misaligned spine. They use a click-type device, and an exam table, which gently moves your joints as directed. Evidently TWC has a full range of homeopathic/ herbal treatments~ which I was very happy NOT to be "sold" on, since simply, my back was severely in trouble. Nothing more irritating than an enthusiastic sales person during an emergency visit. When I asked for "bailing wire or duct tape" to immobilze my unstable back, they offered me the next best thing; a soft stablizing belt. Note to self: I (personally) ASKED for something to help, they did not try to up-SELL me anything more. The prices are very reasonable for YELPERS. Check it out. What is worth the extra STAR? Dividers, or a curtain, placed between the waiting room doorway, and the treatment area. Everyone's clothes are on, so modesty is not the issue: the Issue would be Privacy. Additionally, a sign in the windows of doors, where many people might arrive (their sign hangs on the second story of a building facing the main thoroughfare). We need help being re-directed to the back side of the suite for entry. It was a little confusing. Conclusion: I am a fan. Emergency help, immediate relief ! Thanks to TWC !!!!

What Dr. Nico does isn't something I'm able to describe to people. As the daughter of a traditional…read moremedical doctor, I understand that alternative medicine is a whole different thing and can't always put into words, and since I don't understand it, I won't try. But what I will say is this: I have no idea what Dr. Nico is doing (even though he's explained it to me) and it is the ONLY thing that helped me. I suffered from dyshidrotic eczema for five years before I found Dr. Nico - basically, this is a really severe eczema that was all over my hands and meant I couldn't wash my hands, do the dishes, do any of my hobbies, or basically use my hands at all without a LOT of pain. I'd been to a whole host of traditional medical doctors, dermatologists, etc, and alternative practitioners like acupuncturists. I'd tried steroids, a whole host of herbs, changing my diet - everything and anything I could think of. Nothing worked, and my hands were incredibly painful. When I found Dr. Nico, I was totally open-minded, but I even I had some doubts about what he was doing. However, within two weeks of my first treatment, the eczema was GONE. I can't begin to describe what a relief this was and continues to be. To this day I have no idea what he did, but it completely changed my life. I continue to see Dr. Nico for general wellness and to keep the eczema at bay. Since that initial experience, I've referred a lot of people to him for everything from cancer to chronic pain. If you have any sort of chronic issue, I'd highly recommend him.
