I took the card and brochure and kept it. We all know our fur babies do not live as long as we want them too. When the time came for Midget to go to the rainbow bridge, I took out the card i had carried with me all these years and made that phone call. It was a hard call to make but so glad I did. They picked my baby up from the vet. All Cypress was there to help and i am grateful for their support at my time of need and grief. They treated Midget with all the dignity and respect she deserved. They took their time and made a beautiful final resting place for my baby. They did a wonderful job and i could not have been more pleased. I even have a necklace with her ashes sealed in it that i wear 24/7. I carry my baby over my heart and it gives me comfort. I did not know that was even possible! I am a customer for life as these wonderful people made the passing of my baby a lot easier with their love and support. They are dedicated to helping make the transition easy and less painful. Highly recommend this business.

He had just had his second round of the three rounds of vaccinations at our Vet back home. He wasn't acting right so I took him to the Vet Hospital in town -south end of town - and he tested for Parvo. We were obviously concerned and after a night's stay at the Emergency Vet hospital we took him to Shelley Drive. My meme had taken her dogs there when I was a kid and would visit her from Dallas. They took amazing care of Champ and he has made a full recovery! My wife picked him up today and sent me pictures of him as I'm back in California. Thanks you so much Shelley Drive! You are amazing and have obviously been caring for my family's animals for decades now in one way or another! I'm still shocked at the price....I never would have thought that you would have refunded money from my deposit after all you did for Champ!

What truly sets him apart from other veterinarians is his commitment to exploring all options before recommending invasive procedures. This last visit, I took my dog to him for a second opinion before considering surgery for her condition. Dr. Shams went above and beyond to explore alternative treatments and tailored a plan that addressed my dog's health issues before we needed to resort to surgery. Not only did his plan help to treat her condition without surgery, she has not had issues for months since the visit! I am immensely grateful for the expertise, integrity, and genuine care exhibited by Dr. Shams. If you're seeking a veterinary clinic that prioritizes your pet's health and provides honest, thoughtful second opinions, look no further than Pet Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Shams has earned my trust and loyalty, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to fellow pet owners.

I've never had a dog groomed before so a professional recommendation would be appreciated. 2. Do not shave MY DOG!!! I want to keep him longer just trim all the wispy hairs up and give him an GOLDEN CUT. I kid you not... I picked him up and he is SHAVED!!! All but his tail was touched. I was at a loss of words. We called after I got home and now the owner is arguing with us and refuses to believe he really is that short. She also told me it was MY fault because I "pointed" at the board when the cut lengths.
