The day of drop off the young Asian girl did not even greet Bentley. She grabbed her least and just pulled her behind the counter. She asked me if we wanted her stomach trimmed and I clearly said no, only the hair around her pads and her private area. I repeated this twice. i again let her know that she was nervous and she advised Bentley would be the groomers first groom at 9am. When I had not heard from them in a couple hours, I called and they said she would be done soon. They did not finish with her until 1:20. When we picked her up they had cut her feathers off her legs which they were never advised to do. Anyone who owns Goldens or grooms should know you don't cut their feathers. We will never use this place again!
