Don't order the garlic bread. It's just toasted bread with nothing on it and it's a waste of money. All their other food usually good. Just a warning so you don't waste your time. read more

PLEASE SHARE: I'm going to tell about the experience we just encountered with Greg's Pizza in Grifton. Side note: my daughter requires a service dog and he had his vest on clearly stating he was a service dog. There were NO other customers in the restaurant and they close at 9. We walked in with the dog and a young arrogant gentleman immediately said, "NO-UH UH...we are closed. No dogs allowed. We're closed. We're not serving you." An older gentleman, noticing the service dog vest, jumped up immediately and said, "No, we're not closed. We will serve you, have a seat!" And the other gentleman said, "No, we're closed and we're not serving them with a dog. Come back next time and we'll gladly serve you." I looked at the older gentleman and thanked him for his kindness and then I looked at the younger gentleman and said, "Let me tell you one thing, you won't ever have to worry about us coming back here again and you will never get a dime from us. You're nothing but an arrogant asshole and it's obvious you don't want our business and I will be making a Facebook post and blasting how rude you were." He said, "I don't care!" And I said, "well it's a good thing, because it's getting posted. Have a good day asshole!" And I walked out. read more

Great Pizza! Lasagna, and Spaghetti and meatballs, friendly service, family owned business,

Loved the pizza here. The dough was light and airy, with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The sauce had a bold, slightly sweet flavor, and the cheese was gooey and delicious. The ambiance was casual and fun, making it a great place to hang out with friends. read more

The staff is great food is good the only thing I dont like is when you call ahead and order your food they say 20 mins and when you get there thwy pull your ticket then make it thats annoying read more

Food is great. A wonderful place to eat in a small town atmosphere! A nice family owned business!

Really messed up to lie about prices on your menu and then not mention your prices were raised until after payment had been accepted. I was stopping by to get some food on my way home. It was my first time going there and nothing against the restaurant itself, but it probably will be my last. The service was adequate, the food, granted I didn't pick pizza, was adequate. What upset me and disappointed me were two things: they did not have an easily accessible menu online and what bothered me the most was that their menu in person had inaccurate prices. They did not mention it until after payment had been collected and I inquired. I would recommend asking the price of what you want to get before you order it off of the menu. (I'm fairly confident, unless I misheard, that even after asking what the altered price was, and including tax, I was still overcharged) read more

Best Cheese Steak sub you can find!! Always the same always great and the pizzas are great also. read more

Now I remember why I haven't been in two years - pizza way over cooked, flimsy Greek salad with hot pepperoncini (never heard of this in a Greek salad, and I hate spicy), dressing already added, have no idea why it wasn't on the side, and wings, which were the only saving grace of this meal. Do Better, Greg's. read more

Always go above and beyond for customers. Family oriented and so kind. We felt like family there.

I am originally from Chicago and I can say this is an amazing local mom/pop pizzeria spot. Best authentic pizza I have had in awhile. The crust taste great and gives the pizza a nice crunch to it. The ingredients they use also taste very fresh. Finally it passes the final test of tasting great when it's cold (if any ever survives for leftovers). read more

Went to Greg's to get lunch for a doctor's office that requested it. I have to admit, when I pulled up to the front, I was a bit worried. I had to remember that little saying about not judging a book by it's cover. This place looked sketchy. I almost called the office and told them I wanted what was best for them and this did not look like a reasonable place to get food from but I bit the bullet and went in anway. Thank goodness, I did so! I got a pizza and some italian sandwiches that were ordered. The staff was extremely friendly, inside looked clean, not sketchy at all like the outside, and the food was amazeballs! I got a steak and peppers sandwich that knocked my socks off. The office I carried the food to kept talking about how they only get pizza from Greg's. I have to admit, I do not get to Grifton much but I am going to schedule it in more often so I can have lunch at Greg's! read more

At the beginning of this year we went and had a bad experience. There were two younger girls working. They were in and out of the door smoking and on their cell phones. We got a horrid pizza. Crust was soggy and the pizza was terrible. I have never had a bad pizza or sub from them. But if he keeps using young people that don't care about this store...he will be out of business quickly. Tonight we are going back to try again. It might of been the wrong day the last time. I do hope this is so....losing a good store like this would be a great loss. read more

I consider myself a Pizza Snob since I'm from NY. This is not a NY Pizza by any means, but it is a really good pizza. Flavor was on point and a nice crunchy crust--not too much crust either. Like the hidden pepperoni under the cheese-good way to trick my little guy into eating more protein. Definitely going to have this pizza on the regular. read more

I have been eating at Greg's for over 6 yrs. When I started eating there Greg was still alive. He was a great cook, with some really good recipes, that have been handed down to his closest family members that keep it all going in his name. For all to remember! read more

Normally their fried chicken is the best, i ordered a four piece mixed today. The wing was not fresh and I called to state the fact and that I would come back later to exchange it, however the young guy that answered the phone was real rude . When I asked to speak to his mom, he was very disrespectful and hung up the phone. read more

I've been coming here for over 15 years when they first opened across the street. My family would come here every Friday night and Greg was an amazing and friendly guy that greeted us everytime. Amazing food!!! Best in town! I still come here as an adult and miss Greg greeting everyone. when friends/family come and visit from out of town I take them here. It's a great sit down family restaurant and great take-out! They are extremely busy so expect a bit of a wait but it's well worth it read more

Great pizza in middle of nowhere. Excellent service and consistent quality. We love this place!

This is a must every time we visit family in NC. Was definitely not expecting the pizza to be this good! Typically get the Hawaiian pizza.

People think Grifton is "in the middle of nowhere", but when you literally live in the "woods" it great to have a place you can drive to that's not more than 30 min away. The pizza here is great. Nice crisp crust with just enough browning on the cheese. The put he perfect amount of toppings on as well. The calzones on the other hand are not so wonderful, they lack filling and the cheese need to make it something other than a large dried out pizza crust. Other than that, they have my business along with 4 stars! read more

My husband and I ordered fries and two chicken parmigiana subs - absolutely horrible food! Fries were greasy and came separate from the two subs.. there was so much sauce and cheese on each of the subs that you couldn't even find the chicken - when we did his was tough and dry and half of my piece of chicken in the sandwich was burned! To top it off we were greeted by a rude young man - a table of 4 kids sat near the door - two kept yelling and talking bad at the cook in the back.. We honestly wanted to walk out the minute we walked in read more
