Best doctor I've ever had! He's been our family doctor for over 20 years. Listens to our concerns without hurrying through the appointment.

Within the last few months, I feel like I've seen a different side of her and her office. And it's not positive. I'm a self-pay patient and have been since the beginning of my time with Doctor Olafson. I've stated it in every visit I've had with her. Recently, she keeps telling me that my prescription isn't "covered" and neglected to do her research when ordering blood tests, making sure I could afford them. Although I made a following appointment with her last year for this current year, her office asked me whether or not I had made an annual appointment for a follow up and I had to tell them, that yes, I did. So, somewhere, someone isn't doing their job and I am falling through the cracks. I no longer feel heard or that I matter to Doctor Olafson and her staff. I will be looking elsewhere for care.

Dr. Olafson has a passion for healing and looks at the whole person to come up with the best strategy for improving health and managing disease. She uses a wonderful approach of combining subscription medicines with natural substances to achieve powerful results. Dr. Kakimoto is thorough, always takes her time to explain things and patiently answers any questions I have. I never felt rushed, quite the opposite. It is indeed challenging to schedule an appointment within a reasonably short amount of time with any of the MDs, I attribute that to the general shortage in MDs and nothing specific to Dr. Kakimoto. She was always there for me when I specifically asked to be seen by her for more critical (in my opinion) issues. Thank you Dr. Kakimoto!!!

However, she rushes through appointments, shows little interest in listening to patient concerns, and refuses to provide appropriate referrals. Her demeanor is cold, condescending, and makes it difficult to trust her judgment or feel cared for. As a primary care doctor, she completely fails to meet the basic expectations of attentiveness and support. Additionally, half the time I scheduled with her, I would only see a PA or someone else in the office. Several times, either she or whoever worked under her would provide straight-up incorrect information i.e. regarding breast cancer risk factors. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere if you value being heard and treated with respect.

I did end up loving the concierge practice, but it closed soon after I joined. Imagine my surprise when I first met Dr. D, and we had an extremely long appointment where she listened to all of my thoughts and concerns, laughed at all of my jokes, then ordered all the same tests and floated all the same theories mentioned by the super expensive concierge doctor! And for a MUCH better price. I have never felt rushed or dismissed by her, and she has been VERY thorough in evaluating my health concern. She is smart, empathetic, and reasonable, and really tailors your health care experience to your own goals. I couldn't be more pleased! On a side note, she's not from Russia. If you hear from someone suggesting she is, you might ask yourself how credible they are otherwise. Just a thought.

I went in for my first 10 pass ozone therapy session two weeks ago. Halfway through the procedure, another doctor came in to take over from Doctor Williamson. It was clear that the new doctor was being trained. Doctor Williamson stayed in the room to supervise. Once the procedure was over, they left me unsupervised with the needle still in my arm. After a few minutes, my arm started to throb. A few minutes later, I started calling out for someone to get the needle out. It took another 10 minutes for the new doctor and Steven to come in and tend to me. The new doctor took the needle out and did a poor job of wrapping my arm. The compression bandage came off before she even left the room. When I got home, the gauze was bloody. Since the procedure two weeks ago, my arm has been in terrible condition and I am in severe pain. I am unable to use my arm at all - I can't even pick up a glass of water. I am going to my primary care physician today - she is concerned that I have nerve damage. I have messaged Dr. Williamson twice and Steven is the one who called me back. I want to talk to a doctor, not the office manager. I wish I would have checked the other Yelp reviews - if I had, I would not have gone to this doctor. It is also odd that Dr Williamson is the only person with a background on the website. What is the background of the other doctor? What is Steven's background? Why is he giving me nutritional advise? I went to Dr. Williamson with the hope of improving my condition. Two weeks later, I am in a much worse place physically and mentally.

Dr. Clotfelter has literally changed my life, and is one of the main reasons I trust Doctors of Osteopathy infinitely more than an average PA or MD. Two of my main providers are D.O.s, and they've both effectively changed and saved my life in the way they treat the whole human being by symptoms, not just through a series of meds listed under the ICD code for your medical issue. I was sad for me (because I'm a selfish thing!) but happy for Dr. C when she took her leave to have her baby, because if her parenting is anything close to her practice of medicine, then I would like her to adopt me! In all seriousness, Dr. C may sometimes take a bit to see patients, but if that patient is me, I'm always grateful she goes above and beyond to deliver comprehensive appointments, actually tied the time to listen to me, as a human being, seeks whole-person treatment (holistic treatment is kind of what DOs are known best for, and would you rather have part of you treated, or your entire body considered when being evaluated?). It's been those times when I've needed to cry in frustration as we seek answers for my complicated medical case together that I've been most grateful to have her in my life, because I'm not sure if I will ever have (I never have before) a doctor like Christine Clotfelter, D.O. Not only is she compassionate and easy to talk to, non-judgmental and understands that sometimes human beings don't fit into the square box of standardized medicine protocols, her entire staff are just as professional, caring, patient -oriented, and respectful of every one of their patients. I've got more issues than People Magazine, and I have had nothing but the utmost professionalism, kindness, and actually beneficial treatment from Dr. Clotfelter and her entire staff. From check in to checkup yo check out, you won't find another practice in this entire county more dedicated to their patients than this medical group. I am lucky I get to be a patient here, and Dr. Clotfelter, her office and medical staff, and referrals department are all the best of the absolute best in medical integrity and dignity afforded to their patients. Anyone who thinks differently can come live in the body i had before I started seeing Dr. C. You wouldn't last a week...and I am utterly grateful for her thoughtful and caring approach to medicine.
