The front desk and woman…read morewho did the hearing test were nice and informative, and they're the only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1. I arrived for a hearing test and to investigate hearing loss and pressure in my left ear. My hearing was in-fact worse in my left ear according to the hearing test results. After the test and waiting half an hour in the examination room for Dr. Reichman to come in, I decided to open the door and see if they had forgotten about me. A couple minutes later, Dr. Reichman comes in, spends tops 3 minutes looking in my ears and mouth, and tells me I'm fine then walks out of the room and said I could leave. It was clear he didn't care to understand the problem and just wanted to move on with his day. Overall it was a pretty big waste of time and money (aside from getting the hearing test results). Now I'm on my own again to find out what's actually happening with my ear. Save yourself some time and frustration and see a different ENT doctor other than Dr. Reichman.

I called during business hours, left a VM and finally called back and talked to someone. She assured me she was faxing the records as soon as we got off the phone. Fifteen minutes and no records so I called back. I was told it could take 30 minutes so I waited an hour. Called back and of course they wouldn't answer. I never got my records. This is pretty typical on every experience I have had with this office.

She backed up the first opinion and was able to get me scheduled within 3-4 weeks. Her admin was in a car accident a few days before my surgery. This resulted in Dr Considine coming in 2 hrs earlier everyday to make sure her customers were taken care of and responded to. I was one of those calling in and was struck by how much Dr Considine cared about her patients. This was truly superior customer service. My wife also had surgery from her about 5 yrs ago and their customer service was excellent at that time as well.

I was nervous about an upcoming ocean trip after having a perforated eardrum in the past. She wanted to "clean" my ear (apparently by sticking sharp metal forceps into it *unannounced*) and then laughed at me when I found this scary with my past ear history. After a very brief examination, Dr. Considine declared my ear fine to swim and go underwater. She scoffed at and dismissed my concerns. *I took her advice and perforated my eardrum* snorkeling in 5 feet of water a few weeks later. This involved pain, fear, and visiting Urgent Care while on vacation. I am sharing this review in hopes that others can avoid what I went through by avoiding this place. Dr. Considine clearly has no understanding of ear injuries and water. I recommend googling physicians approved by the Divers Alert Network (DAN) and going to one of them.

We were called in immediately. After being evaluated by a cheerful PA, Dr. Song emerged cheerful and calm. He evaluated my daughter's chart, realized there was a mistake, even realized the ultrasound diagnosis we brought in on a CD was originally read backwards, and upside down, misplacing the items in question in my daughter's neck. He calmly explained biology and lymph nodes in an easy manner, and showed my daughter and I, that our concerns and worries were justified but should not be taken too seriously. A follow up ultra sound was taken the following day and was read by him personally. Thankfully it was normal. Dr. Song has trained many other Dr.s, and is really a top notch surgeon in his field, specializing in cancers of the head and neck. He also specializes in thyroid cancers. He is also very kind and compassionate. He even was patient and understanding to discuss my own concerns and referred me to his ENT unit. Dr. Song should be on your list of Dr.s to call if you need him. He is truly an exceptional person. My daughter and I were in awe when we left. And our fears and concerns evaporated into the atmosphere. As the heavy fog of our fears lifted, the day seemed new again. Thank you Dr. Song!

I was afraid they couldn't get me an appointment and I wanted one as the pressure from the blockage was causing me to feel sick. But they did find a spot for me and I was so happy. Kimberly emailed me new patient paperwork to fill out before my appointment which I prefer because I don't like feeling rushed. I found the office building easily from her directions. Found parking and then checked in at the front desk. Turned in my paperwork and sat in the waiting area. It was comfy. Tanya came to get me and she went over my condition with me. She did a cursory examination to verify my concern. And then it was time to wait for the doctor. Dr. Lewark came in and he knew what to do. He advised me. And best of all, he removed the dried blood blocking my hearing. He vacuumed my ear to remove the remnants he didn't get. Then he gave me after care instructions - ear drops twice a day for five days. This would soften the remaining dried blood on my ear drum and make it come out on its own. I was happy I could hear again and the whole visit made me feel calm and reassured when I was a little worried.
