Today I visted his office, his lady manager asked me if I wanted to wait a while to see Dr Frank today. YES ! Dr Frank examined my left ear and pulled out a small hearing aid foam end tip ! He flushed both infected ears, wrote a script, and sent me happily away This ear doctor is an amazingly simple, but effective healer !

After 42 years of sinus issues and breathing problems, I'd nearly given up. Over the years, I saw a…read morebunch of ENTs around NYC, some with great reputations, and kept getting the same answer: "You're breathing fine with the medications." Meanwhile, I had drawers full of sprays and pills that barely made a difference. It wasn't until I had major surgery with Dr. Scaccia about 7 weeks ago (the surgery lasted almost 5 hours) that I realized just how badly I'd been breathing all my life. I found Dr. Scaccia after deciding to look outside the city for help. A few things stood out right away: his office has parking, he has his own complete surgical suite right in the building, and he's clearly someone who's made a name for himself in the ENT world. His waiting room is filled with plaques, research publications, awards, and even TV and magazine features. At first, I wasn't sure what to make of all that, but now that I've gone through surgery and recovery with him, I get it. I can say with full confidence: He is the real deal. From the very first visit, it was clear I wasn't just another case. Dr. Scaccia has a fast mind and a direct way of speaking. At first, it can feel like he's talking over you, almost like his brain is already a few steps ahead. But once you realize how deeply knowledgeable he is, it all makes sense. He took the time to look inside my nose and connect what I was saying to what he saw, and right away he had a clear sense of the problem. By the second appointment, we were going over a detailed surgical plan, and I remember him saying he was genuinely excited for the case. That stuck with me. It showed how invested he is in what he does, getting real results for his patients. On the day of surgery, which took place in the same office where I'd had all my consults, Dr. Scaccia didn't just straighten my septum, he basically REBUILT MY WHOLE NASAL AIRWAY. He discovered my septum was too thin and weak, so he grafted it on the spot to reinforce it. He reduced my turbinates, cleared out scar tissue from years of infections that I didn't even know were blocking my sinuses, and he did a few more things that were explained and went over my head medically, but clearly weren't over his. What really blew me away was that after everything he did, there was no pain at all. Seriously, not even once. This was multi-level airway reconstruction. There was discomfort, sure, but not pain. Maybe that's due to his technique and high precision, or maybe I got lucky, but I think it's worth pointing out. Since then, I've been back for weekly post-op care, and every week I notice another level of improvement. I never realized how much energy I was spending just trying to get enough air through partially blocked passages. Now, I'm breathing in ways I never thought I could. It's practically effortless. It's been life-changing. His staff is also incredible. They're friendly, organized, and really on top of everything. They called me between appointments to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. They had all the paperwork ready when I woke up from surgery, and they walked me through every question I had afterward. The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. Every time I go, the office is calm and never overcrowded. I found out he only does one surgery per day, which honestly explains a lot. He's not rushing between patients or juggling five procedures. If it's your surgery day, he's focused on you and you only. Whether it's that approach or just the fact that more people haven't discovered him yet, I feel incredibly lucky I found his place when I did. If you've been struggling with chronic sinus or nasal issues, I can't recommend Dr. Scaccia enough. For me, it's the first time in my life that I feel like I can really breathe. That alone is worth everything.

Its been almost a year since I had my laser and I want to explain and express my reason for going…read moreto another doctor and why I would never get a laser done here. First, I had my first laser done at Dr. Greccos office and I loved the way my skin looked. It was done in the middle of the summer. I was told not to go out in the sun but it wasn't expressed as much as it should have been. Not the offices fault, this was mine. I wish I knew then, what I know now, including not to have any peels or laser done in summer. I got Melasma from going in the sun after a laser. It's all over my face and it's like a layer of brown spots all over. Very ugly. I went back to fix it. Here is where the problem is. The tech told me that she had a new laser called the Halo that was meant for Melasma. It cost 1500 a session and I might need more than 1. I was hesitant because the first laser worked really well for me and it didn't cost as much and I didn't need more than one session and I couldn't afford 5000 worth of laser, if it didn't work and I would need multiples. She said to me, " Since she hadn't used it before I could be her ginea pig." She explained, that If it didn't work and because she's just getting use to the machine that if we have to do it again I wouldn't have to pay. Well, had the laser, barely removed anything. I wanted to cry also because it was so painful. I went in she took pictures and to look at it but we both agreed I needed to do it more because it barely did anything. BUT OF COURSE I I HAD TO PAY. i basically paid 1500 to have her burn my skin and nothing happen to the Melasma and she wanted me to pay again for the laser that didn't work for the first time. No thank you. So now I changed to a plastic surgeon up North which I don't mind paying because I see a difference and I see change. Sorry but true.

I have left 4 messages for a call back without a response. This is malpractice in my book. Thinking of contacting a malpractice attorney, maybe that will get their attention. She had another client waiting for her outside the room and apologized to them as she rushed me out of her room! On top of that I was sitting in the room with the numbing cream on my face for an HOUR! To then have her do the session inefficiently and sloppy? When I called to tell them I was extremely unhappy, I was told to email them "my side of the story of what happened" and when I did I never heard anything back and called their office multiple times and kept getting the silent treatment until I contacted my bank to dispute the charge because I had already paid for 3 sessions in full. I still had to pay $200 for her microneedling my face for 1 minute lol. What an absolute joke and a complete waste of time and money! I've gotten microneedling done at other places and they take their time and do it correctly and I've seen amazing results immediately after. You cannot complete this procedure in 1 minute! I feel robbed! Look elsewhere if you're interested in getting something done, I regret going here
