We called Deck Company and they said the color had been discontinued and they use a different installation process recommended by Trex than what was used for our deck installation. Shawn came out and explained what could be done. He went to the supplier of the deck boards and was able get deck boards that matched our deck. Our deck now looks like it was new. Deck Company went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend Deck Company.

I reviewed and he rang a non-working side doorbell, waiting for 1 minutes, sat in his car for 2 minutes texting and left. He never went to the back which is where I was working in the basement waiting for him. If he had used the front door, my ring would have alerted me he was there. They said he would come back at 4:15. I asked Jackie if he was coming back. She said yes at 4:15. I asked her to call me. This was 2 months ago and I still haven't heard from them.
