I am very impressed with how they focused on the work and described what they were doing and why. I could not be more pleased, Armus is a very professional and calm contractor for moving. They finished in 2 hours and once they had checked with me that I was happy with they're work, they left for the storage area where my items will be stored in a sealed crate until I'm ready to have my stuff delivered to my new residence. The entire crew were very comfortable to talk with making a typically hectic job (if I did it without Armus) very calm and happy for me. Alper, Ozan and Alex spent a good bit of time carefully dis- assembling and wrapping my furniture so it would not receive any scratches. They then carefully loaded my things on to the truck and secured it with strong straps so it would not move during transport. Crew went above and beyond my items safe and sound.

Recently my sister ordered a dumpster and they picked it up 8 hours before the designated time which between the hours of 2pm-5pm. This caused us essentially a full day's work lost. I chopped the mishap up to miscommunication and left it at that. More recently, I ordered a 30yd dumpster for my mother. I gave Nguyen my credit card info the day of the order. The box was dropped off as agreed upon, however I received two voicemails 3 days later requesting my credit card info again. I attempted to return both calls - the first time I was hung up on, the second, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. The next day as I am taking in the trash cans, I was greeted by a young man attempting to take away the dumpster! Mind you, my order was for two full weeks, not 4 days. I again attempted to call customer service and was put on hold. The pickup guy was able to get a response on his first attempt w/out any issue. I am gravely disappointed in how this was situation was handled. Especially since we use their services so frequently. I wasn't informed about an issue with payment until after delivery, nor they inform me that they would be picking up the dumpster early. If only they we be more prompt in answering phones as they are in picking up dumpsters.
