After 10-15 minutes no one had offered to assist me, and the personnel who were helping others never bothered to even acknowledge my presence. Not even a "Sorry sir, I'll be with you in a moment." I stopped an elderly Best Buy women with grey hair and explained my discontent, politely. She replied "Sorry" and then went out the front door and got in her car and left. Well I guess Best Buy is making so much money that customer service is no longer a issue for them.
