Fixed the band on my Rolex last week - on the spot & also checked and cleaned my rings. Fine jewelry and fine people.

Lastly, send out tracking numbers? How the hell are we suppose to know when our package is returning? Get an automated text message software or send an email. Do better.

It's hard to believe that anyone could have had a good experience at this store. The first positive…read morereview that I read, was from someone who didn't buy anything. So, I suppose that is one possible explanation. The more obvious explanation for a positive rating is that its fake. I sincerely believe some of these are, this since their watchmakers are clueless. I was also told by an authorized Rolex dealer, who is aware of this company, that they cannot be trusted when opening your watch. They may swap out you genuine parts for aftermarket movement components. This intel came to me after showing the Rolex AD my "serviced" watch: I brought a vintage Rolex (ref#1655) in for a movement cleaning. I am not sure what was done mechanically but they returned the watch with the steel bezel polished so much that the lacquered numbers were half gone, (see attached photo). Polishing a vintage watch is the equivalent to refinishing an antique desk....The collectible value is lost. Its also a clear indication that this company is incompetent and ignorant.

It did need repair; however, at a fraction of the cost at first place. The workmanship at Miner's Den was excellent. Also, if you need a watch battery, Miner's Den donates the charge to charity. I took a rosary in for a small repair and was told there wasn't a charge. They have gorgeous jewelry both new and estate pieces. Plus, every time I go in I'm greeted by a friendly employee right away and asked what I need.

My husband and i moved to MI a few months ago and i needed my rings resized, we asked in a local FB…read moregroup where people recommended and there was raving reviews for Miners Den. I have to say I'm shocked. First off, the woman helping us was extremely kind but basically kept telling me in a very beat around the bush type way that it wasn't worth resizing them and that they are fine as is. They quoted us around 220$ PER RING if we wanted them resized adding up to over 400$. I've never heard of such steep pricing for a resizing. I didn't agree with her recommendation considering i can barely get my rings on and off. We went elsewhere and ended up getting them resized for 80$ a piece, and to a more comfortable fit for my liking. Maybe miners den just didn't feel like doing it, I'm not sure but we won't be back based off this experience.
