Very surprised to see a 1 star review here about this store. I had a great experience with Neal--he spent almost an hour w/me and my boyfriend each time we went to look at rings, answering all of our questions and telling us everything we wanted to know about the pieces there. After going to several other antique/vintage jewelry stores in the area and being less than impressed with the prices and customer service, I was blown away by Neal & the customer service at Legacy Jewelry. I have been shopping here for over five years and purchased four antique jewelry pieces from Neal so far. What I really like about the selection here is that Neal takes the time to have inventory that is really unique, I have yet to see anything similar either online or at other stores. I think to really have a great experience here is to tell Neal what you have in mind and where your price point is. That way he can show you items that he may have not placed in the cases yet or tell you the likelihood that he would have that type of jewelry. My price point is on the lower end of the scale but you wouldn't know it by the way Neal is so attentive and courteous towards me. read more
