I called the store and told them. They asked me to bring it back so they could test it. I returned to the store 20 minutes after purchasing it. They tested it for ten minutes, then asked me if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I said, "No. There are no other hard drives here." They asked for the card I used so they could refund the credit, which I gave them. Then they gave me a receipt that says "Debit Refund $45". I took it and walked out of the store. After watching my account for the past 5 days, I see that my refund hasn't posted. I retrieved my receipts (both the original and the refund) and I see that at the bottom of the refund receipt, it says, "UNAUTH TRANS" and the date on the refund receipt says 12/10/12. Is that shady or what? I'm going to call them to complain as soon as they open today.
